Are there any other supplements besides creatine that arent a waste of money?

Hyaluronic acid oral
berberine
Astragalus
NAC
Cialis
i think 1500mg glut in a weekly shot is good aswell

i stopped my multivitamin a week ago, who knows what the random shit does at the doses
I been reading a lot on the glut recently. I haven’t drank or done recreational drugs in years but I still keep an eye on things.

It's not a drug per say.
NAC converts to glut, however only a small amount of NAC is absorbed..and then a small amount of that gets converted to glut.

NAC's oral bioavability is almost like L-Carnitine both are at <10% bioavability.

you say I could make some injectable NAC?

That seems like a smart stack, have you noticed much of a difference taking astragalus? Or is it one of those supplements you just trust is working in the background type things?
I haven't seen any difference in my creatinine levels, which are always elevated if I'm working out, but my cystatin C did drop from 0.93 to 0.81. Could be coincidence but I'll stay on it as long as my cystatin C stays low.

I personally found Zinc and Boron to be quite beneficial. And when I need to chill out then some L-theanine but not every day because I build tolerance quickly

-1g of Glycerin per kg Bodyweight with 1,5l water 90min before training,

-8g of Oxystorm (=800mg nitrate) 3h before the gym (flurp that shit for max. effect)

-12g of l-arginine + 12g of l-citrulline like 30mins before the gym
What's a good place to get glycerol from ?

I may go for that generic Lovaza. I don't need any significant triglyceride reduction, and DHA is great for eye/brain health. Better than any OTC fish oil. Guaranteed potency, no oxidation, no heavy metal or other crap and after insurance virtually free.
Thank you for talking about this

I got a prescription for generic Lovaza from my cardiologist. Told him I wanted to start a fish oil supplement but didn't trust an OTC and that I would prefer a prescription for Lovaza. He wrote it right up

It also failed in its latest RCT for reducing adverse cardiovascular events in high risk populations: https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jama/fullarticle/2773120

I dont know men, i also want my EPA in there. Very important for the brain.

And if you dont want oxidized fish oil try getting the most bought/most popular on amazon.

Of course im also looking at the DHA and EPA concentration per 1g of omega-3 but there is no point in buying a expensive premium brand that contains a a high concentration if that stuff doesnt sell fast.

You basiacally want no storage time and you best bet is with a product that is sold on a daily bases in big numbers. Should also contain some vitamin E to reduces oxidation

isn't Ethyl ester fish oil less bioavailable and more likely to oxidize than Trygliceride form? or does the pharma formulation prevent the oxidation?
