I think I have a write-up on here of my experience with it. In TLDR fashion: first 6 weeks felt absolutely nothing and then the tingling started as nerves started waking up. Will definitely run again and probably longer than what I did last time.

Curious to hear from all who have any experience with ARA-290 and neuropathy symptoms improving.

Used it after my transforaminal micro discectomy with drop foot. The nerves would start to fire quite a bit more right after the injections. I am 5 months post op and my surgeon released me for weightlifting and BJJ at 4 months. 98% of my strength is back in my big toe. I just have sensory issues left but nothing too bad. GH and ARA played a huge role in my recovery from surgery.

100% recommend it, you really have nothing to lose.
