I second that it works on my acid reflux. I've been taking it since reading this post. I've been taking it (diluted 1tbs after breakfast and 1tbs after dinner) and I haven't had the need to take omeprozale, Prilosec, tums or any of my usual meds. It's to the point of where I eat and feel the indigestion building up, drink the acv and away goes the indigestion.

The verdict is still out on the effectiveness of lowering my Bp (so far I have noticed a change in my diastolic, but it's still early).
Just felt the need to say thanks.

I used to just drink a couple cap fulls of bleach. Talk about cleaning you out bahahah. A person that recently quit the job I work at was on parole, he would smoke bud, drink anything an everything, pop pills like candy an go in an piss the following day. He swares by the bleach drinking method. He's never pissed dirty.....YET!!!!! Lol

Careful with all that... I was locked up with a guy who died from drinking too much bleach trying to beat a test. He died on the bus coming back to the yard from fire camp. Whole bus was quarantined cause they thought he had meningitis. Crazy.

Ya bro I havent did that for over a decade now. That was back in my not give a fuck anything goes party days. Im a family man now days an tbh, im alot happier of a person because of it. That party life almost costed me my own severl times. Not worth it at all. Thanks for your concern man. I appreciate it

Right on man, I'm right there with you with the whole family man thing. Escaping that lifestyle takes a miracle it seems, sure did in my case. Couldn't pay me enough to go back!
