Are their any reliable appetite reducers out there?

Trying to go on a weight loss program but retaining musle...but have a heavy appetite so need something to reduce it...any ideas or recommendations would be great.

you could check out Phenomv1 by anabolic addictions, I've heard it is great as an appetite suppressant. I've had their resveracai supp as an antioxidant and it worked very good. So I back their products.

If you have a big appetite you should just eat completely clean so you can always stuff your face or learn to cook up some nice near 0 calorie dishes full of vegetables.

Dont know how far you're willing to go with it, but Adderal is the best (or worse, depending on your poin of view) appetite suppressant out there. My Doc had me on it for a while a couple of years ago, and I would just forget to eat for several hours at a time. This from a guy who eats constantly...seriously, if I go 3 1/2 hrs without food I'm a grumpy bastard...so it DEFINITELY works. Very few negative sides, but you can get used to the stuff if you know what I mean.

I also like what Bluray said...thats probably the best advice.

Cheers for the help guys, after doing a prohormone cycle and gaining 9.8kg im looking to cut now.

After having a look around Phenomv1 seems to have perfect reviews. Im looking at a 6 month cut, do you reckon that would be the best choice?

Was thinking of running each morning, followed by workout that evening, 6 days a week. Running it with basic Promax and Phenomv1, very small diet (1000Cals a day). Good plan?

Do you think having just finished PCT, it will matter that im damaging my liver even more? (It was my first cycle)

you need to used that supplements which reduces the weight and increase the lean muscles such the hgh supplements , the HGH is widely used by the bodybuilders for fitness and improving the muscles mass, but you should used it according to the physician advice.....
