Anyone try Bowl o Gainz?

I’m glad you enjoyed it. John meadows used something similar to get the calories in during a bulk - he just added peanut butter and used more cream of rice. It’s an easy way to get digestible calories in.

Rice porridge in general is very good for me, too, you can eat a lot and there is no such wild heaviness. More fruits can be added to the porridge.
