Anyone have insight on a plan by Milos Sarcev?

I know Alex kikel was coached by him, he just got a cookie cutter plan from what i understand. You can see him mention his experience on his forim theprepcoachforum.com. He documented it all on youtube but his youtube account got deleted..

From what ive heard from most people, its basically 1-2g AAS, 4-8iu GH 10iu slin pre and post workout with giantset workouts and twice a day workouts. All this with focus on peri-workout nutrition, intraworkout carbs, EAAs and creatine and all of that.

You can get a insight into his training by looking him up on youtube, he has a bunch of videos and interviews where he does it with otherse and explains it himself. He did a few interiews on rxmusccle where he outlined it more in detail for anyone interested.

He also focuses on meal timing on like a 3-4h basis so depending on what you are doing the next 3-4 hours you choose either a protein/fat meal or more protein+carb based meals.
