It's been 5 years that I have:

- bloating at all time of the day
- no appetite
- well formed stool nonetheless
- brain fog
- weight loss
- no water retention
- no pump
- joint pain
- very little energy if any to work out
- quick lactic acid buildup if I do work out

What I tried:

- antibiotics to get rid of SIBO. It makes things temporarily much better for a month or two but I relapse after
- probiotics. Home made kefir and soil probiotics. Doesn't make a difference
- fecal matter transplant. Doesn't make a difference.
- vegan diet. Bloating and joint pain.
- carnivore diet. Slightly better but still looking pregnant.
- fruit diet. Horrible
- regular western diet. Bloating and joint pain.

Blood test shows when natural
Test: 850ng/dl
E2<10ng/dl (16-48) very low
IGF-1: 110 (120-360) very low

I started Test and HGH a year and a half ago. It's making things a bit better because it's masking my weight loss and probably improving my e2 and IGF-1.

Has anyone gotten theirselves out of such a situation with any means available?

No idea.

Probably because of exemestane abuse in the past. That's the only AI I ever touched back when I wanted to increase my testosterone output naturally.

But I haven't touched Exemestane in 18 months.

Either it permanently deactivated aromatase enzymes, or I have a malfunctioning liver.

But my bilirubin and enzymes are perfect.

You need to find a GOOD pcp (primary care Phys) than can coordinate the care of an endocrinologist, gastroenterologist and possibly a neurologist too. The pcp will take a look at your case and refer you the specialist to address each issue you have. Then they should report back to him findings , recomendations ect.

Although I do 1000% agree with your comment.
I'm not surprised at all when guys seek advice on the internet.

I've JUST learned (Like, a month ago)
That antibodies that attack my thyroid, also directly attack my stomach.
Even though my stomach is "Fine" and all the specialists kn the planet say I'm "Fine"
They never bothered to put the two together.

My fucking endocrinologist had no idea.

So, I've been in excruciating pain for 18 years.
Because every.......fucking....specialist.... That I've visited.... is a fucking idiot.

A lot of guys have lost faith in the medical system, especially here in Canada... may as well be in Sub Saharan africa.

Took an AMERICAN specialist to basically tell me "Yeah, the Canadian system is pretty much a third world country... and most doctors are idiots... so not surprised."

Sorry to hear your struggles brother, these may be minimal but here are some things I do when I get bloated/irregular/indigestion/loss of appetite.

- Reduce training/add more rest days
- Fasted cardio (20-30min)
- Anytime my e2 goes under 25 my appetite and digestion are horrible. (this sounds like part of your issue)
- ACV w/ mother, warm lemon water pre fasted cardio.
- Do not stay on a probiotic, they're to be used for a month or so to plant good culture, then you feed it with fiber (theres a fine line of too much fiber too you can fuck your stomach up and get the opposite effect, just a little.)
- Get moving between meals, just a light 10 min walk if possible.
- The best digestive enzyme and only one I get along with is Digest All by MRM
Hope some of these help. take care

Ain't this the truth. Getting a good doctor here is like finding a diamond in a pile of steaming hot horse shit. Majority of them just want to prescribe you an anti depressant and send you on your way.

The first clue I got was that my urine was getting darker and darker.
Went to the leading nephrologist in my country, he analyzed my urines and my blood.
He was worried as creatinine was high and GFR was low, he had me undergo a kidney biopsy.

He then diagnosed me with IGA glomerulonephropathy, told me I had to reduce proteins and salt, and put me on blood pressure medication.

Dissatisfied with this diagnosis that felt off, I learnt as much as I could.
I had the intuition that my kidney misery was triggered upstream by something in the gut.

I cleaned my gut with bentonite clay a few times, flushed it with epsom salts a few times, and went on a fiber free diet.

Fast forward 6 months my GFR was higher than ever and my creatinine lower than ever, with tons of protein, good amounts of salt and no blood pressure medications.

I'm still feeling pretty bad, but at least I fixed my "kidney issue" where the leading nephrologist couldn't put 2 and 2 together and see where the real issue was coming from.
