Anyone get skin reactions from QSC Primo?

Hey guys, I’ve noticed a recurring issue when running QSC gear — specifically their methenolone enanthate. I get these small, hard bumps on my chest and back. They’re not painful, not filled with pus, and usually show up for about a week before fading. Sometimes they get a little red, but nothing extreme.

I had the gear tested by Janoshik and it came back as legit Primo, but as we know, Jano doesn’t test for endotoxins. I’m starting to wonder if my body’s reacting to something in QSC’s carrier oil or the brewing process itself. I always refilter my vials using a PTFE filter into a new sterile vial, and there’s zero PIP or abscesses at the injection site. The oil doesn’t smell off either.

Has anyone else experienced this kind of reaction with QSC gear? Curious if it’s just me or a known issue.

Nope, and I've run from two different batches of QSC Primo E 200mg/ml from 2024 and both were smooth as butter for me.

Primo from any source triggers an immune system response from me.
Whole time I’m on it, which I’ve now completely stayed away from it.
On it
I’d break out, joint pain, muscle aches, fatigue, felt sick the whole time.
(No it’s not E2 related)
Every time my white cells and other lipids that indicate infection/immune response are elevated.
Multiple sources.
Maybe something like this is happening just on a smaller scale

Does this happen throughout the whole cycle? Or only at the beginning when ramping up?
I’ve ran a few vials of QSC primo without issue so far.

Last fall, I ran a cycle where I used 150mg of Primo strictly for estrogen management instead of Arimidex. It worked fine, and I didn’t have any skin issues during the cycle but the reaction showed up after I came off in December. It took a few months to clear up. I was cruising on 150mg of Test from January to May, and the bumps finally started to fade around mid-April. This time around, though, the reaction kicked in right away. It’s manageable, but still frustrating to see in the mirror.

I ran a cycle last fall and didn’t start seeing the bumps until after it ended in December. But now, in just week 2 of this new cycle, they’re already showing up. The only compound I’ve used from this source is Primo—it does what it’s supposed to, but these breakouts are a pain. I saw a doctor when it first happened and got a prescription for Adapalene and Benzoyl, and I was using PanOxyl to wash my chest and back. All it did was dry out my skin—no real improvement. I really don’t want to drop the Primo since it’s effective, but seeing this crap in the mirror every day is getting to me, and my wife hates it too.

used it unfiltered over the years, just huge fucking watery lumps and welts that took months to go away. i just stick with test now. fuck all of that shit.

filter and dillute it in sterile mct oil before you inject it.

Yeah, that’s the thing, Primo’s one of the harder compounds to brew right. Most sources have to overload it with solvents or co-solvents just to keep it stable, and that’s where a lot of people run into issues. That’s exactly why I never touch Primo dosed over 100mg/ml. The higher the concentration, the more likely you’re getting hit with stuff your body doesn’t like.

Honestly, I’m getting closer to your mindset, just stick to Test and ditch the rest. At least you know what you’re dealing with and how your body responds.

Out of curiosity though, did you ever figure out exactly what kind of bumps those were? Or what in the brew might be causing the reaction? Could be endotoxins, residual solvents, or even the carrier oil if it’s something weird like EO or a dirty blend.

Negative. I went in heavy during their Black Friday sale and grabbed a ton of Primo. Honestly, probably overdid it. I went with the 100mg/ml version and I’ve been running 600mg a week, so I’m burning through it quick. Still, I’ve got enough left to run at least three more 20-week cycles if I keep the dose where it’s at.
