Any way to maintain muscle while regaining fertility?

Long story short, I'm 34 y.o and my wife wants a baby (I couldn't care less lol) so I'm forced to stop my TRT soon. I've been on TRT for 4 years now with various cycles and my HCG use has been very inconsistent. I did a semen analysis recently and needless to say my sperm count is low and the sperm are all sorts of f'd up.

What's the best protocol to go on to hopefully restore some fertility? And would HGH help with maintaining some gains? I've never used HGH before,

Maybe rethink it if this is not something you care about. Baby changes a lot, and it comes with so much responsibility and stress sometimes and for a long, long time, decades until they are out of the house. You are literally holding somebody else's life in your hands, how they come out as an adult, etc.

I have kids, and I am happy about it, but I wanted them.

If I "couldn't care less," however, I might be miserable instead.
 
I came off for all my kids and ran Hcg and I didn’t loose much . It’s a big mental game. Feeling a muscle pump may be a challenge but it’s all psychological. My children are the best thing that’s ever happened to me. They’re a blessing from God. The most anabolic thing on the planet is food. So just eat a lot to maintain your muscle. Food is what feeds the muscles not steroids.

Just tell yourself this isn’t forever and soon as you have a baby, you can hop back on to keep you on the strait path .
 
My doc just prescribed me HCG 500iu MWF and said we would increase it and/or start compounded fsh if still needed. But a month later my wife was pregnant. I didn't come off but I also hadn't been on long either, just a few months. Sperm count was naturally low before trt.
Also try not to have a kid until you're ready. They seriously take up almost all your time. I can't train and eat like I used to. Even with meal prep I don't always get prepared like I wish. And sometimes I'm too tired from her wakng up to even work out at 4am before work or 9pm after she finally goes to bed.
It's a huge commitment of your time. But I wouldn't give her up for anything
 
I was 10 years B&C straight no HCG or HMG no breaks.

I blasted HCG and HMG alongside test + primo for several months. No movement on babyjuice. Dropped primo, dropped test to 200/week. Several months same thing; no movement on sperm analysis. Still only detectable by HPF analysis aka can't quantify unless segment slide into HPF and count that way. Well below 1mil.

Dropped test, continued hcg, hmg, added enclomiphene, continued fertility supp stack, saw some movement couple months later. dropped hcg and hmg couple months after dropping AAS and relied on enclomiphene. and then 7 months after getting off test we conceived. this coincidided with substantial increases in FSH, however, my test was still terribly low.

got back on. have been using hcg + hmg last half a year while test + primo +mast + EQ. I guess we'll find out how the plan is working when I decide to do a sperm analysis.

but to answer your question: how did I maintain muscle? I used a lot of GH for a period of time while off. then I fell off the wagon completely. and now less than a year later I surpassed my previous best physique.

don't get too caught up in the muscle loss. it comes back incredibly quick and not all of it is legitimate contractile tissue.
 
I'm on a similar journey now. I decided to completely get off and go the enclomiphene route. Right now 12.5mg/d has me just over 900ng/dl. I figure the less drugs the better. It's honestly not bad.

If I were going to try and stay on, I'd throw in a much different structure.

Max of 150mg/wk test. Less would be better.
25mg Enclomiphene ED
500iu HCG EOD
37.5iu HMG EOD

Suppliments are actually very important here ED.
Multi with folic acid and selenium
1000mg L-carnitine
100mg CoQ10
600mg Ashwaganda
5000iu vit d (can skip if tested high range)
50mg zinc
Glutathione injectable if you have inflammation

Remember that it takes 2.5 to 3 months for changes to happen.

Also will keep 2-3 iu Serostim. What do you guys use to control estrogen. Also thinking about adding l carnitine and glutathione, but does glutathione work well if not Iv?

Glutathione works well SubQ just gotta dial in the pH so it doesnt burn. Assuming you mean IU for the HMG right? No way youre blasting 75mg of HMG every 2 days, shit is expensive already.

Carnitine also works SubQ, make sure its 500-600mg, so its easy to inject, ideally together with a heavy carb meal (needs insulin present to be shuttled)

Can use an AI or Primo to balance things out with E2. HCG EOD in switch with HMG works well.
Glutathione i would look at 2-3x a week and Carnitine injections daily 400-500mg with a carb heavy meal i.e. pre-workout meal.

And yes, it drastically increases the mobility of your sperm.

Stay away from alcohol, smoking or any other recreational drugs and keep your Anti-Oxidants in place, additions like NAC NMN are also helpful

Run 12.5mg/day of Enclomiphene until the baby is in the clear. It's the gold standard for fertility. Just dont stop the serm before your HCG. IMO, 1 week should be fine. You'll have way too much estrogen hidden in your system otherwise.

Remember the HCG and serm will have you producing a lot of test by themselves. If you want to give this a real go, use less than 150mg of test while trying. Zero is best, but something like 80mg might give you a better shot.

so with enclomiphene I don’t need Hmg? Just hcg? And I will drop the Trt if needed. But wanted to see if I can get count and motility up while on 150. I’m on 200 now
