Blood test results from 4+ months of trt using a kit of qsc test-e, nothing else. Dose of 130mg (0.5ml) im, every four days. Blood draw/test was done in the am, four days after my last shot.

No other steroids/prescription drugs (except peptides- sema, bpc157, tb500, ghkcu, selank, semax. I use low doses and cycle on and off the peptides, except the sema). No changes to diet, health conditions or supplements.
I've been on trt for over 10 years. My trt script was 100mg Test C per week. Blood-tested trt levels were 600 to 650 total T, measured seven days after a shot. When not on trt, my total T comes down around 190 to 240. As far as the rest of the bloodwork, I've never had out-of-range CBC numbers before. I've only had regular estradiol tests and they always came back “normal” and I've never done any type of iron testing before, so I don't have a baseline for that test.
Below is testing from early 2024. I stopped my trt shots 6 months prior to this blood test.

I have noticed the some of the same effects/sides during this 4 month period that seem normal for my trt. Some small acne breakouts, oily forehead. Some things that are different this time around are my sleeping erections are un bendable hard (chin up worthy) but no good when I need/want one and near zero libido and a shitty mood. In the gym I get crazy pumps with early fatigue/burn about halfway through a set. The closest feeling to it is the pump I would get from anavar. Sometimes I get an itchy feeling under/next to a nipple and for some reason deodorant is no match for my armpits anymore.
I can’t understand why my numbers are so far off compared to my past trt blood tests. All I can think is one of the following:
1.this was a faulty/fluke blood test (wouldn’t explain my lack of libido and erections which are normally great on trt),
2.something in my body is not right and I need to get further testing done to figure out what’s going on.
3.the kit I am using is not test e?
Any suggestions?
I was thinking about getting my bloodwork done again, are there any other tests I should order?
I pasted the rest of my labs below.
