I read that Soy is in its ingrediates but it doesn't have high concentrations of soy. It's really cheap so I'm leaning towards trying it out, I'm just worried about potential high estrogen.

Huh lol never seen this one. I always go for the 10lb bags when i buy it. Never seen an advertisement for opt e2 lmao

The soy in the ingredients list is soy lecithin, used as an emulsifier. Probably every protein powder I’ve ever used has contained soy lecithin. I think it’s such a small amount in protein powder, there’s no need to worry. Bodybuilding.com always has deals on it, then I hit up retailmenot and usually find a coupon code for an additional % off. (Thanks to my wife for that website tip.)

Gold Standard is like the wal-mart of protein powder man. If you didn't know, the same people who make their stuff (Gamblia? Glambia? Something like that) also make GNC's protein powder and it's about 30% cheaper per serving. It also has more whey isolate instead of whey concentrate (the lowest quality of whey) You might as well buy that instead

Glanbia. They also own bsn. One of the largest dairy conglomerate in the world.

...doesnt mean its good.
Stoppani played a huge role in bringing protein spiking and quality of protein sources to the forefront , and making open labels and formulas common in the industry .

I think your safe to assume his protein is decent quality, although I've never personally used it.

Nothing wrong with ON, I prefer the isolate to the gold standard. My go too is dymatize ISO 100, but I usually just buy what’s on sale.
Hey man no disrespect intended but aren't you vegan? Bending the rules a little using whey right?

Apologies if I'm mistaken .

No brother I was vegan for seven years. I went back to being a vegetarian in March.
This is the first time I’ve ever cycled not being a vegan. Now I consume a lot of eggs and little cheese and yogurt and yes whey isolate. I still haven’t bought butter or milk since the switch.

Nothing wrong with that. Definitely seems being vegan would have some tough to meet nutritional needs in this lifestyle .

Your new approach seems balanced.
