Any advice to grow my lagging chest?

I bench 380 and dumbbell press 120s, so idk why I have a pigeon chest :mad:

Drop the ego with all these presses. Honestly, you’re not lucky with your chest insertions. Just for the sake of experiment, cut out pressing movements for a while and focus only on fly variations.

1. Pec deck
2. Low-to-high cable fly (upper chest)
3. Pullover machine or high-to-low cable fly (lower chest)

Run chest twice a week with good form and solid intensity. Pecs are one of the slowest muscles to recover, so make sure you’re pain-free before hitting them again.
