Another Reta thread….

I’ve read several threads on dosing and sides. Coming from semaglutide and then Tirzepatide, I was told from a buddy of mine to try out Reta. I ordered a 30mg vial and was told to start out at .5-1mg per week. I know 2ml of bac will fit, but how accurately dosed would ~7 units be to use for 1mg? TIA

Edit*Forgive my ignorance as I’m new to the peptide game for the most part lol. If I can fit 3ml of water then it’ll be 5 units of water for .5mg. I’m assuming if I get .5ml syringes then I can dose it accurately?

Don't be surprised if your BG numbers are high or don't change much on Reta. My regular fasting BG even when I was a fat ass was around 85. Fast forward to being on Reta for 6 months, losing 50+ pounds of fat and having done daily fasted cardio 6-7 days a week and eating less than 100g of carbs a day the whole time my fasting glucose is always 95-100. I haven't been on GH for quite a while and even when I was my doses weren't very high.

Other guys have reported the same thing. I don't think it's possible I'm less insulin sensitive than when I started considering all that. I've heard it's something to do with the glucagon mechanism that causes your BG to look higher despite insulin sensitivity actually improving but who the fuck knows.

Reta doesn't seem to be as effective for glucose control as Tirz.

Makes sense since it's stimulating the liver to produce glucose.

I need ur expertise @Ghoul

I have a question/dilemma about reducing BG on 6ius of HGH.

My stack: 15mg reta, 4.5mg cagri, 2g metformin XR pre bed, 25mg Jardiance (healing pharm), 40mg Telmisartan, 25mg eplerenone.

Notes on BG:

- Never had this much if an issue with BG on a worse diet and when I went from 0 to 10ius blast with no BG support then dropped to 8ius and added metformin.

- I also had a noticeably worse diet at the time. On a 3 months vacation. And no Jardiance.

Today’s readings:
5.9 mmol/L → ≈ 106 mg/dL

Past 3 days:
5.1 mmol/L → ≈ 92 mg/dL
5.9 mmol/L → ≈ 106 mg/dL
5.12 mmol/L → ≈ 92 mg/dL

Additional notes:

- I’ll introduce 400mg DBH and 600mg NA-R-ALA today. I initially didn’t want to use them cuz it’s way too fucking expensive and I didn’t notice any difference after I removed them from my regime.

- I weirdly noticed 0 difference in fasted BG when adding Jardiance 25mg and removing DBH/ALA/GDA and not that much difference when increasing reta dose

- lowest I ever registered was 76mg on 4ius during my aggressive cut and 2g metformin. Ofc when I dropped to 4ius I dropped my metformin to 1g and it went back to the high 80’s. Feel like this is naturally my lowest fucking BG.

- Ha1bc is 5.0%

What do you think it a good addition to lower BG. I am open to anything, there is some meds I can use but they induce water retention.

I am planning to bulk and hoping to increase my HGH.
