I would like some suggestions on supplements and general advice to help my situation. I know my blood work is somewhat incomplete as it appears quest is taking forever to hand over my other results and im quite impatient, its been 9 days now lol.

Cliff notes:

-debilitating anxiety
-fatigue
-stress intolerance
-lack of appetite
-low ferritin
-high t3 uptake
-suboptimal testosterone?
-suboptimal dhea?
-allergic to peanuts, soy, wheat and corn

plan is to go on a paleo diet, with milk/protien shakes to eliminate allergens.

Current drug use: (for anxiety)

lexapro 2.5mg, was 10mg two months ago but dropped down due to sexual side effects
remeron 7.5mg at night for sleep and nausea prevention of anxiety
candesartan 4mg at night for anxiety
klonopin, it varies, some days nothing others .5mg-1mg depending on the situation
viagra for performance anxiety, can still get the job done without it though
ghrp-6 shot once at night for a GH boost

previous drug use:

few months of clomid use
few months of armidex use
heavy ghrp-6 use for two months (had foot surgery, wanted to speed up recovery) was dosing ghrp and cjc together 3-5 times a day.

Definitely try that elimination diet.

Other than that, your hormones look good to me.

The GHRP can cause anxiety, so watch for that. Did you think it helped out with the surgery?

How is your sleep?

Height/weight?

I had foot surgery, bunionectomy, the doctor said he was surprised how fast i was healing, nearly twice as fast has he normally sees people. He pushed it off because i was young 21 and many of his patients are 30+.

My sleep is alright but not exactly healthy, i generally fall sleep around 1 and wake up around 10-11:30

I am 5 7 at 145 lbs.

There is no results for Estradiol (E2), SHBG and Prolactin (PRL) levels.. Insulin, HbA1c not checked..

E2 and PRL can influence anxiety, fatigue, stress intolerance, appetite...

I agree.

Have you tried high doses of magnesium glycinate?

I think the diet will really help.

Diet will reduce immune signaling, will cause your ferritin to rise, which will increase dopamine signaling which will help anxiety. If you do not heal the gut poperly then you can cause more food allergies to the food you normallyeat..not good

I had E2 testing done, im still waiting on results; i think they lost them, my doctors office isnt used to dealing with much blood work :0

i forgot to include hba1c

Perhaps a mental exam might discover something. Not trying to be funny.

yes, GAD and panic disorder

I agree.

nope, havnt tried high doses of magnesium glycinate, will give that a shot.

Very true. Im still lost when it comes to healing the gut properly, i surely dont want to cause more food allergies to the food that i normally eat.

If you do not seal the gap junction the immune response will remain and affect other food you are eating.
Several cases I worked with healing the gut resolved anxiety and sleep disorders.

Your having high glutamate and histamines levels resulting excessive excitatory signaling which needs to be balanced by increasing the inhibitor system. Even though you may have normal serotonin and gaba you are probably having a functional deficiency due to the imbalance from excessive excitatory overload.

Supplements? Liver tabs?

another symtpom i forgot to mention is cold hands and feet, weather its the anxiety causing it or something else idk.

i used to take zinc sporadically, b12 is 939 range: 200-1100 - * PG/ML

I used to be all about the carbohydrates, milk and whey protein. I generally take two scoops of whey a day, cheapo wallyworld bodyfortress protein.

im assuming ferritin is low because of diet.

Immune response from allergen foods. Surprisingly, it seems as if my inflammation markers are low.

Heavy milk consumption, probably interfering with iron absorption.

so hardasnails, assuming the above, what would be your next suggestion?

You get me well and up and working again I will be more then happy to mail you your fees.
