King has been on multiple psychotropic medications, yet as you see, with absolutely NO clinical benefit (in fact I believe his condition has worsened considerably!) Consequently with few options remaining, I suggested cyanide early in his clinical course. However since King is a ward of the court, and has refused to take his medications "as directed" (I'm sure you now realize compliance has also been a major issue) I'm left with no viable alternative and will declare King-13, a menace to society, thereby justifing castration to "limit homosapien gene pool contamination" at his upcoming "hearing.for the terminally insane". However (as a means of compromise, if mandated) I will also motion that he be permitted to mate with manikins or other non-mammalian speces shortly thereafter.
