Am I doing too much cardio

I’m currently cutting and have about two months left. I’ve been doing 40 minutes on the treadmill (17 incline 2.5 speed and this hits 500cal count) post workout 6 days a week. Lately I’ve just been drained, like in the timeframe of the last couple weeks. Sleep has been shitty the past couple weeks. Recently added in mots c at 1mg ED. Currently running 500mg test cyp, tren ace 40mg ED(as of last week), Reta 5mg, 4iu gh nightly, L Carnitine 600mg pre workout. Diet is great and I get it’s a cut and energy can be low at times but not constantly plus poor recovery. I even had a refeed day last Wednesday, which was fun of course, but it didn’t really seem to move the needle in overall energy. Someone mentioned to me that I may be over doing the cardio because that could lead to constant fatigue and poor sleep(which I don’t understand that part because I do my training early morning). I do get slumped mid day around 2pm. Idk what’s up. I can’t seem to sleep as much as I’d like because once my body wakes, there is no getting back to sleep unless I maybe take a midday nap which I never have time for and I’m afraid that would hinder my actual nighttime sleep. Any suggestions would be helpful. Considering jumping back on some trazodone

id run tren at 70mg/week (10ed) max especially if your sleep isnt good... and yeah that cardio is too much of a stressor on your body, work through steps and food not cardio that should change your situation drastically, steps are king. Also reminder: its ok to feel fatigued in the cut, thats normal, as long as you dont have a heavy breakdown in perfomance on your lifts, you just gotta keep pushing...

Yeah the last couple of weeks, maybe more, it’s definitely interfered with my weight training and kind of stalled me out overall. Now is Not the time for that. Summers to close. I want max results because I’ve been on the cut/recomp since September

a stall is fine, as long as performance is stable (you dont lose weight, max a couple reps) on your lifts, youre holding your muscle tissue. In your case id really try to fix my sleep, bad sleep rly stalls your fatloss potential...
