Always hungry!

The title says it all. I'm fucking hungry all the time and I'm not sure what it is about this run but I'm always thinking about food.
What sucks is my abs are obviously going away and I feel bloated and crave carbs like crazy! I am at the 8 week mark of my cycle and have made great size and strength gains and have been getting some nice compliments.

I'm running a pretty heavy cycle for me at least with mostly so called "cutters" and that is my goal with only about 6 weeks left. I am torn because like I said size and strength are great but I want my abs back.

Any tips on how to curb this hunger?
I have been an everyday weed smoker for 25 years and that could be contributing but has never been a problem before.
I'm not really interested in Clen and I think I'm already running enough gear.

The best way I curb hunger is by drinking tons of water throughout the day. I try to drink at least 3 gallons a day and fill my jugs with BCAAS and drink em throughout the day. With that water intake, my stomach is never completely empty and I can hold myself back from eating everything in sight and keep myself under 4,000 cals.
Also, try to eat a lot of whole grains instead of faster digesting carbs as they wont spike your insulin as hard or as fast and will help control the hunger and appetite.
 
Yea my daily fat intake is usually around 120 g but my saturated fats rarely go above 20 g. I know it's pretty high but I have a very complex diet being vegan.
Before you laugh that's not why I'm hungry. My maintenance cals are around 2800-3000. Right now I am having no problem eating 4000 cals and getting 325 g of protein a day two protein shakes included.
 
How big are you, doesn't sound very high to me.

Small dude Barely 43 yo 5'9 182 lbs.
This is only my 3rd test cycle.
Like a lot of others members on the board I was a heavy drug user and drinker. In 2012 I was down to 138 lbs.
I have gained 44 lbs and kept the same waist size over 4 years.
Anyway that was the past.
I love lifting and I workout six days a week and have made some great gains while being vegan.
I definitely am a work in progress and at the rate I'm going I'll look awesome when I'm 50 yo. :)
 
Cocaine my friend just a bump when u get hungry I promise eating will be the last thing on your mind lol.
 
N yes I been a heavy smoker my self for many many years. Just recently quit. I have much more control over my hunger. So I do believe it will help with control and the carb situation funny cuz I never could just drink water ever while I was smoking always dry mouth thirsty no matter how much water I drank so I always drank blue Powerade. And I had no control over munchies. I would literally eat till I feel sick n want to throw up. I started cutting phase myself that's why I decided to give it a try n quit smoking and it's been helping a lot. Can't hurt to try. Good luck.
 
Well won't be quitting the sweet sweet ganja any time soon.
It sounds crazy but I think the Tren ace I am using is causing the hunger. I still think it's under dosed but definitely doings it's job at 560 mg week.
I thought Tren would kill my hunger.
 
I get night time hungers. I work out at 4ish. By 9 I'd eat the fucking door off the hunger.

Fuck vegan. Eat some meat
