Alpha Pharma is a legitimately licensed pharmaceutical manufacturer in India... so high hopes we'll see a good example here
The pic in my profile started this all. We will find out whether it is an issue and what it means I hope.

It's apparently faked alot based off the discussions here..
Nobody also seems to know what oil they use.
2 Indian resellers here are claiming EO vs MCT.
PCT says its MIG840.
I guess you could find a trustworthy vendor to import it, but I don't think I'll get it from any of the 2 Indian resellers here.

Alpha has a scratch off serial number, and authentication server.
If the number has been validated before it'll say so, so not something that can be copied

It's on the box. It's possible someone could swap out the contents, but that's a lot of trouble, and the "legit" alpha taken out could no longer be sold as such ("where's the code?"). You'd have to produce exact replicas of the product and refill the box (which are tamper proof and very hard to open without damage).
IMO more paranoia than reality about Alpha fakes. They are a legit pharma company and have gone after counterfeiters in India.
I've bought quite a bit of their stuff over the years (still have testocyp) and it's always checked out legit. The fakes I've seen are pretty obvious. My only concern with alpha is the possible eo content. It's the thinnest oil I've ever seen. Like water, Then again never gave me pip or detectable inflammation. It's said they use real Migloyl from Germany, which might explain it.
....and the price ofc. I didn't realize $60/vial for Test was expensive back then, but it was so much better than what I was getting locally for the same price.
As far as I know, their Test was what you'd most likely get filled at the pharmacy with a TRT prescription in Singapore. They're very strict, by the book, so the presence of Alpha was a good indicator of legitimacy as a medical grade product.
Their modafinil was great too. Clearly subcontracted to some other india pharma for manufacture, but again the price....$80/30 tablets.

You can see the one time use scratch off codes on those boxes. The QR code is for the COA of the active ingredient used for that batch. That's now a common practice for the highest end brands of India Pharma products. Usually the big international companies.
It's priced high (or was compared to China prices from the good old days), but it definately has all the production qualities of a pharma product. Much more than the "hologram box" standard some UGLs use.
Even their 10ml vials are custom made and can't be mistaken for "standard" 10ml vials. They're shorter and wider, I've seen "Alpha" molded in glass. Custom molded caps. A lot of anti-fraud protection.
I noticed there's even a US warehouse delivering their products now. They disappeared from international sales for a while, and must've decided to jump back in with the current raws situation making their prices seem a little more reasonable, As a legit pharma company, they may be immune to raws shortages.
