I take Glucorell R-ALA 30-45 min before I eat. It has biotin in it, and I take a multi-vitamin with biotin in it. That covers my biotin needs.

Well I reckon I can. Each Glucorell cap has 750mcg (250% of USDA), so if I take 6-8 caps a day that's about 1500-2000% of the USDA, and that's not counting my multi which has 300mcg. Hope this helps.

Not sure if they are the cheapest, but I've never had a problem receiving from them, and usually pretty quick. They use to have a discount for the Glucorell, but it appears they no longer have it. If you find a cheaper place, lemme know.
