Anyone listened to this? I try to catch both sides if I can. Al Franken really burned me up yesterday. He was talking about how republicans are racist and elitist and a bunch of other bullshit. There was a reporter on (a liberal one) that "infiltrated" a repub campaign HQ in Florida working on W's reelection campaign. It was a Rolling Stone assignment. He said that he was surprised to find how kind rep's were in general. That they were less cliqueish and more accepting than dem's. Al Franken responds with "yeah, nice but evil right? I mean they were only nice to you because you're a good looking white guy. They're also stupid and uneducated, right? Just what you'd expect." That's a paraphrase but pretty close to actual. The reporter kept trying to clarify his point that Rep's are ideological just like dem's but all in all they think they are doing what's good for the country just like dem's do. And they're nicer. Franken kept bringin it down. Which is his job I guess.

This brings me to my real point. Al Franken thinks he's so much better than Limbaugh and O'Reilly. But aren't they really exactly the same? They're like the Corsican triplets. All Identical except on different ends of the ideological spectrum.

Franken is a clown. He's not funny (thought he was supposed to be a comedian??) and his arguements are lame. Overall I find him to be nothing more than a loudmouth douchebag with nothing but garbage spewing from his mouth.

In one respect, I think Hannity is similar. He doesnt really let the other side tell their story either. Thats why I rarely listen to Hannity. He seems like a pretty good guy and all, but I cant stand how he constantly interrupts his guests (even if they are Reps). In defense of Hannity though, his show and viewpoints are much more refined and articulate than Franken could ever dream of being.

Ann Coulter is pretty radical also. All of these ideologues are a stain on their respective parties and are just inflammatory. That being said, I would rail Coulter pretty hard~Sensational

She is pretty hot! :)

Coulter is definitely hot. But aren't all these guys the same? I actually like Hannity better than Limbaugh, personally. I like O'Reilly better than both. He is a hardcore blow-hard. But at least he tries to act like he's balanced. I actually kind of like Jerry Springer. I think he's quite intelligent, he gets kind of puffed up on some issues like Iraq, but he's surprisingly balanced.

Nevermind, Springer is a psycho just like the rest. I agree with his views on religion and politics. But he apparently disregards logic and reason whenever it suits him. He argued yesterday that people who CLAIM to respect life (such as anti-abortion people) should also advocate "safe" sex over abstinence to be consistent... Huh? That makes absolutely NO sense at all. If you want to argue that "pro-lifer's" should also be anti death penalty to maintain consistency with regard to the respect for life. Fine. That's at least close to reasonable. I personally believe that abortion is disgusting. And innocence is what separates the infant from the condemned. If that fetus commited some heinous act... Kill the little bastard. Religion, has nothing to do with it. No reasonable, thinking person could possibly believe that abortion is a viable option. It's murder, hands down.

BTW, I've put my money where my mouth is on this one. I'm 27 with an eight year old son.
