Advice on mixing filler powder

First time making caps. Will mainly be making 25mg var and 10mg cialis for now. What is the best mixing methods for accurate dosing?

Almost any filler powder works. Rice flower, creatine, corn starch. I like baking soda because you want a filler that doesn't compress too much and has a similar weight to the compound. This will ensure more homogeneous mixing.

Weight your empty capsules and determine the average weight. Make a test batch of capsules with only the filler. Weight several (and take the average) and you will know exactly how much filler in each. Example: empty capsule is 50mg. Filled is 300mg. That means 250mg of powder.

Assuming you capsule machine is 100 capsules, you will need 250mg * 100 = 25,000mg less the weight of the active ingredient. If you want to create Anavar at 25mg, that's 25mg * 100 = 2,500mg.

So prepare a blend of 22,500mg of baking soda + 2,500mg Anavar, blend and distribute evenly in all capsules. If done correctly, your mixture should exactly fill 100 capsules.

I use size 3 capsules for this because these are very small dosages. You could even use size 4.

Thank you for the In depth response. I have the “all-in” capsule machine in size 1. I was planning on using vitamin c for filler (what was previously recommended to me but I’m not married to the idea). So when you say blend… are you using a coffee grinder? Blender? Mixing by hand?

Vitamin C is perfect too. Blending by hand in a clean bowl and mixed. I use a mini silicone wisk.

What's the fillers main option? It it just to add taste?
It's to ensure even dosages in all capsules when using a capsule machine. For example, if you want 20 mg in each capsule, it's impossible to just put 20 mg of active ingredient evenly in each capsule. Using the instructions above, you create a mixture of active ingredient and filler to completely fill each capsule evenly.
