Im on 40 mg accutane and have joint/lowerback pain I already use hyualoronic acid for joints and tudca to minimize liver stress.. i was considering low dose EQ/anavar/mk677 for the collagen benefits any tips?

Can i ask where you sourced Accutane from, im looking at purchasing from Rohit from Newlife Medicare Private Limited on indiamart, but they only sell accufine, i have seen some recent lab tests on this forum about potency degradation from this, not tryna get fucked here.
i have taken a full course previously 40mg per day for 6 months and my acne cleared up,
but a few years later its returned pretty bad unfortunately, i want to run 10mg per day to start but may up it to 15mg or 20mg depending on results, goal is just to halt sebum production as my glands will have been permanently shrunk from the previous course, but i have absolutely terrible acne genetics and it fucking sucks

Potency degradation for isotretinoin is related to heat exposure in storage or in transit. Your best bet is to get it during the cooler months of the year such as now. This is independent of manufacturer. It is prudent though to specify to whomever you purchase isotretinoin form that you want more recent manufacture dates to help you chances for non-degraded product, but that's a call you have to make with the vendor, and you have to hope the vendor will honor the request.

You really need to vet your own sources. Read the various threads in the underground and make a judgement call based on the feedback posted.
Asking to be spoonfed sources is not only against forum policy, it's also bad decorum. We were all noobs at some point so I'm not totally unsympathetic. Just understand that learning to navigate the landscape is part of the journey.
