It is much easier to make it. Use 25%BB and castor oil. A very good quality pharma degree castor oil will make it hold for very long. Not 15€/liter but a 40€/l it hold for me in cold country for months

15% bb + mct and i can dissolve 250mg/ml and a shawarma in my oil

I really doubt 15% bb and mct will hold winstrol even at 50mg/ml but if that is your case, then you are set. Castor oil is thick, but it works. And if you pin together with other component, the oils gets thinner
