AAS websites?

I've noticed a lot of the Canadian UGLs have websites and I'm curious how these don't get shut down? I'd assume they host offshore in countries that don't care, but then how would they deal with the SEO factor to get traffic?

I'm currently building a lawn care website so stuff like this has just now peaked my curiosity.

Many in / from the US too. They aren't advertising on mainstream platforms like FB and google (at least I assume not), that's why there are steriod forums, reddit, and more niche / word of mouth advertisings.

The police in Canada don't really have the budget for it unless it's causing massive harm.
There are websites that will sell an assortment of drugs which I'm assuming the police target first.
