i really only see a benefit using it for squats, but a singlet might cover up the back grip. a little chalk on your back for squats/bench does the same thing basically.
Thanks @RodgerThat. I am good with bar positioning on the squat. I will just use a regular gym shirt to wear under my singlet. By the way how would you rate your SBD singlet?It's actually best for training bench I have found as you are locked in, if the bar is rolling during a squat you need to find better positioning. During comp the the benches are way better then most gym benches so it's not necessary but on regular gym benches makes you feel locked in tight
Style for miles but it's ripped on the top now due to catching a clean so not the best if you're doing oly lifting too.
