A must for those who use Trenbalone? Neurological health

I have seen ton of posts lately about the shitty side effects of Tren. While I have never run it myself I have done quite a bit of research into anti aging and came across this.

Amyloid beta ( or Abeta) denotes peptides of 36–43 amino acids that are crucially involved in Alzheimer's disease as the main component of the amyloid plaques found in the brains of people with Alzheimer's disease.[2] The peptides derive from the amyloid precursor protein (APP), which is cleaved by beta secretase and gamma secretase to yield Aβ. Aβ molecules can aggregate to form flexible soluble oligomers which may exist in several forms. It is now believed that certain misfolded oligomers (known as "seeds") can induce other Aβ molecules to also take the misfolded oligomeric form, leading to a chain reaction akin to a prion infection. The oligomers are toxic to nerve cells.

Epitalon reduces brain plaque!

AEDG Peptide (Epitalon) Stimulates Gene Expression and Protein Synthesis during Neurogenesis: Possible Epigenetic Mechanism

Tren does the opposite

Trenbolone may increase Alzheimer's risk

In theory Epitalon will protect better than nothing at all!

Also the great increase in melatonin will help you sleep and possibly get rid on Trensomnia.

Amyloid beta creates the insomnia. The more it builds up the worse you sleep, AND the worse you sleep the more it builds up!

When I do run tren (bucket list haha). I will definitely be running Epitalon starting 2 weeks before cycle along the GW501516 along with GH and Albuterol.

Ps when on Epitalon I sleep like a fucking champ and quality of life "feelz" good for months after!

Also a 80 percent decline in prostate cancer. 55 percent decline in lung cancer ect.... I seem to remember a 50 percent overall decrease in cancer

All this was in rats! So I DO NOT assume you it is the same in humans. It is promising though.

Interesting. I love Tren but my last Test E/Tren E blast was a disaster, emotionally and even physically (hurt myself pretty badly). I always get a little of the sweats, a bit of insomnia, weird chills/shaking due to sudden ambient temp changes, and mild lethargy near the end. But the Tren mind fuck was off the charts this last time. Scared the crap out of me once I was sane again. I have been reading about permanent neuro changes from long-term tren use so the info above is very interesting.

Tren messed me up the last time. But good God ... the recomp! Never experienced anything like it.

I was wondering when you'd get around to posting this.
Been talking shit about it for 6 months.
About time.

By the way,
I've already started on this protocol, for anyone who is interested.
Running a log of this exact same ancillary compound list in my first time tren log.

Epithalon is doing its work, I sleep like a fucking log right now.

Let's see what happens next week when I start the blasting

Oh, you also forgot.
A SARM for prostate (Yes its 75% conjecture)
But it has been shown in medical studies to act as a prostate agonist and to decrease inflammation (Which is a Tren issue)
Mich in the same way Caber/Prami act, but for the Prostate
.I DEDICATED study has not been done.
But it was shown to be beneficial in an unrelated MK2866 study, where the doctors actually planned a follow up study to specifically.examine the effect on the prostate.

Interesting stuff!

I've been on Tren Ace waaay to long, I've never dealt with nigh sweats but during the day I sweat from the minute I get out of the shower until I go to bed. The worse like you stated is the goose flesh/ chills due to the sudden ambient temp changes and for me I can't sleep longer than 3 or 4 hours. I'm definitely gonna phase out the Tren and I'm looking to start Epitalon right away. Good information in this thread and i appreciate all who put thier 2 cents in

Magnesium Glycinate for those who have trouble sleeping on steroids

A lot of these compounds like EQ and tren strip away gaba, and deplete glycinate reserves in your brain. Glycinate and gabba are the two primary inhibitory NTs of the CNS. Many people can fix their sleep issues using this.

Fouad Abiad recently had Dr Dean St Mart; a PHD in organic chemistry discuss this on his podcast recently. Dean mentioned the use of Magnesium Glycinate, and if you look at the data, it's pretty compelling for people taking anabolics to use.

We deplete (and are prob deficient) in an essential mineral like mag in our day to day life, and glycinate is the added key to help you sleep.

Magnesium is also so great for your stomach and acid reflux.

Seems like adding this to a cycle is just a win/win

5mg a day for 1 month once a year.
2.5 am 2.5 pm.

I have never run Tren but when I do I am thinking 2.5mg before bed.
I see places having them listed at 5 10 20 and 50 mg that you add 3 ml of BAC water to .Basically, does that mean that if I want to do 5 mg a day and I bought the 5 mg bottles with the 3 ml of BAC water I would have 3 1 ml shots of 5 mg. So to do your protocol I would need 10 bottles?? Hope this makes sense. Thanks

Side note
I actually use this as a part of my stomach protocol
Specifically Magnesium Glycinate.

It has done wonder for my digestion.
At one point I was prepping for amatuer Physique, weighed it at around 230ish 6'1
(I dont have an esophageal sphincter)
The reflux got so bad, it will travel up my esophagus and spill acid into my lungs.

I've walked off a broken leg before (Whiskey helps)
But the pain was so fucking bad, I was fetal position trying to throw up to at least slow down the pain.

Dropped down to 155, couldnt eat, couldnt train.

Long story short, I no longer take any prescriptions for my stomach
Just Probiotics/chlorophyll and Magnesium Glycinate.

I can eat whatever I want and even pop orals with almost no issues

Shit is pure fucking magic.

I'll keep everyone posted on how the protocol works on Tren... especially as a guy with history of extreme GI issues

Based on what you said, Magnesium Glycinate is a MUST for multiple reasons on Tren

For 1 month you need 150 mg. How much water ect is kinda moot. I'm sure you could get away with using less as well.

I would like to try this protocol asap in the hopes of weaning myself off of Ambien and addressing stomach issues I.have that are similar to yours. Now I've looked at the Magesium supplements I have on hand and 2 out of the 3 list Glycinate but in combination with oxide and citrate and the one with the citrate acts like a laxative for me if I take to much. Do they make just straight Magnesium Glycinate or are they always gonna be in a combination of oxide or citrate??

My daily Protocol.
I take the 3 meds daily
Probiotic capsules (Along with some probiotic Oikos Yogurt)
Magnesium Glycinate (You can order online.. I use Fullscript) i have a password for the site from my Doc, so if you have issues getting on.. I'll try to find it.
Chlorophyll
Epitalon on the right
GH on the left.

Keeps me sleeping well and eating tonnes of protein with no issues.
