A little help please?

Im 5'11 185lb. Ive done 2 cycles, both test/deca/dbol/winny. First cylce I kept 17lb bringing me to 185lb. Throughout that cycle I stayed pretty lean. Second cycle brought me to 205lb at start of PCT, with fat gain. However, I became ill at start of PCT (non-related) and could hardly eat for weeks and couldn't train for almost 2 months. Needless to say, I lost all gains (strength and size). I want to start another cycle in mid March and run to mid June. I need a cycle that will not give me the fat that the second did (summer). My goal is to gain 10lbs of muscle maybe loose 5lbs of fat and get HARD and increase strength. Given my limited experience with AAS (just bulking) I would appreciate suggestions on what to run to achieve these results. I plan to continue bulking in the Fall. Thanks alot.

keep it simple.

test @ 500mg/wk

EQ @ 400mg/wk

winny @ 75mg/ED(oral) for the last 4-6 weeks.

the EQ will make you hungry, so you'll eat and grow. and no bloat like with deca.

winny will harden you up towards the end.

diet is key. eat alot of clean foods. forget wendys and BK. fish, steak, chicken and turkey. do cardio. this will help you lose the fat. BTW...you DO know that gaining muscle while losing fat is very difficult dont you.

good luck in your goals though. it'll be tough.

TATT2D, THE TEST AT 200-300MG A WEEK IS PERFECT, THE EQ OR DECA AT 200-400MG A WEEK AND YOU MUST DO FINAPLEX AT 75MG EOD. THE FINAPLEX IS AMAZING, I DID IT FOR THE FIRST TIME LAST YEAR AND IT IS THE BEST. I HAVE DONE ABOUT 6 CYCLES SO I UNDERSTAND WHERE YOU ARE. I WAS 6'1 160LBS IN 1999 AND I AM NOW 206LBS AT 9%. SO KEEP IT SMART AND STAY IN THE GYM WHEN YOUR OFF

how do you figure 75mg/ED of oral winny is too much? 50mg/ED of injectable is the accepted standard. since its an oral, atleast thats what i wrote, then you need to bump it up some. usually about 30% is lost in the oral version. what dose do you suggest?

Thanks for the replie bro's. Test and EQ sounds good (glad the bloat will be low), but I've had a lot of joint pain with winny and don't want to run it again. Can I substitute it with anavar for similar results, or is there something else? Also, I love the gains from d-bol. Joe are you suggesting not to run it this time....is this because of bloat? Thanks again.

tatt2d you could run d-bols with no problem, but like karch said....if you dont mind the bloat. if you dont like winny, then dont use it. anavar is very good substitute. the reason i didnt recommend it is because of the price.
