@Excel.exe really good news on this front, the developer says no problem to add it. It should be straightforward since the site is already designed for this. I'll make a proper announcement for Bolus including payment methods available when it's done.I want to, I’m very pro crypto. I need to ask the developer how it’ll work, since that functionality is built on the rest of the site. I’ll seek clarification from him and provide an update if that changes
@Type-IIx not accepting crypto on a board like this?
Thanks brotha! Merry Christmas to all
Lots of great info in this thread. I’ve been splitting my 4.5 iu GH into 3 shots thinking its better for fat loss, especially after reading a study brought to light by MPMD stating the max amount of lipolysis from HGH for a 220 lb comes from like 1.35 iu.
The info here has me completely rethinking. It’s a few years old, does anyone have experience trying it both ways? Multiple shots or a large bolus? Has anyone messed with different timings for the bolus; AM, pre workout, post workout, pre bed?
Interested to hear more feedback. Currently sweating up a storm on the incline treadmill doing my fasted cardio after injecting some GH a couple hours ago lol.
Lesser glucose spikes with multiple shots correct? I see how that would work but I also wonder if multiple shots spike glucose continuously which wouldn’t be good either.I tried 3x3iu, 2x6iu, 2x3iu and all in the evening. I never noticed any major difference in my own personal experience. The only notice i had was lesser and smaller glucose spikes, was also running clen, carnitine and cardarine at that time so hard to say if it had a major impact, the splitting up
Yes, correct. I only used GH 4 times and only during cuts but dropped it entirely as i value having a good Homa and hba1c over that little bit of extra fat loss.Lesser glucose spikes with multiple shots correct? Thanks for the feedback. My resting glucose readings are usually in the 70s and even on GH they never got too high. But this time around with the multiple dosing, it’s creeping up towards 100 in the morning which I don’t like. Then again it’s tough to accurately say 100% because I take it before bed, then when I wake up to pee depending on the time I take my morning shot so that when I wake up for good I can go right into my fasted cardio. So the double shots could be really skewing my readings.Yes, correct. Also Clen increased blood sugar for the first 10-15 days and then drops, guess the receptors just go down a bit or the small improvements Clen make to blood sugar control came in full effect. Not sure myself but every time i use Clen it also spikes my blood sugar up for the first week at least.
Have you tried using an SLGT2 or Metformin? Thanks for the feedback. My resting glucose readings are usually in the 70s and even on GH they never got too high. Never used metiformin but used berberine in the past and am implementing that again as of now. Never tried a SLGT2 before. Going to have to read up on them because I honestly know nothing about them.Have you tried using an SLGT2 or Metformin?
If you dont mind peeing a bit more often, 10mg of Jardiance might be really helpful, its also really good for kidney and has other nice properties for the eyes and heart.
I use jardiance 25mg daily. That together with Tirza will get you low and the most stable glucose levels you ever hadNever used metiformin but used berberine in the past and am implementing that again as of now. I have a bunch of Tirz in stock. I used it during my aggressive cut and after I finished the vial I stopped because I transitioned into my lean bulk. Was planning on implementing it again soon anyway to do a quick clean up phase.I use jardiance 25mg daily. That together with Tirza will get you low and the most stable glucose levels you ever had
Tirza is good but Retra is god tier for Homa improvement. Retra plus Jardiance is a solid 10/10.I have a bunch of Tirz in stock. I tried Semaglutide a couple years ago and figured I’d try Tirz next but I almost regret not hopping on Ret instead since it seems to be the best one. My original thinking was, see what I could get out of Tirz and then upgrade one day to Ret. Next year hahaTirza is good but Retra is god tier for Homa improvement. You can also run Jardiance during a bulk, it basically makes you pee out excess glucose. It has so many benefits
Yeah, same position here. I cannot control my hunger that well, my stomach is like a blackhole and i cannot get the feeling of being full or satisfied, even with like 400g of veggies every meal and ton of fiberI tried Semaglutide a couple years ago and figured I’d try Tirz next but I almost regret not hopping on Ret instead since it seems to be the best one. Oh wow that’s crazy progress. It’s kind of baffling when you think about it that in order to qualify for things like this you have to be in a more unhealthy state. If you’re borderline or quite healthy but just looking to improve you’re penalized for easy access to these meds and forced to look elsewhere because of ridiculously inflated mainstream costs.Yeah, same position here. Sema gave me weird burping, then came across Tirza and managed to get my hands on a bulk of Tirza for a good price. Got enough Tirza for almost a year now and waiting to get my hands on Retra
The Tirza/Jardiance/Metformin combination improved my Hba1c and Homa so much that i no longer qualify for pharma Tirza. Wish i had gotten it before, the prescription
