7hr erections, and the cause

Hey all,

Just wanted to pass along new information i found out personally, and that's the use of Trazadone and Prolonged erections..

Yes that's right ive finally pin pointed the culprit!!!
Last week I took 100mg (2 tablets of Trazadone) before bed and up with a massive erections at roughly 330am and lasted until almost 1pm ...
The pain was excruciating, stinging and down right awful the entire time. Nothing seemed to help from doing squats, icing advice 200mg x 3 even.

This morning I woke up with the same thing having taken Trazadone 100mg the night before.
Im now currently at the emergency ward, the nurse says I likely have prepsium which is very common for this sort of issue in men, this far ive had a small train of nurses come check me out, make small talk and walk away, only to return and look again...
Been here since 730am so we shall see what happens in the end. Cureently still have an erection..

Upon checking quickly on Dr. Google ive found many articles in this regard, one of which I listed below.

Any thoughts, similer experiences please share as it appears there been no real comments about this effect as of yet..

Ive used Viagra, Cialis and its does nothing aside from the cialis helps my bloodflow in over all body, I seem to breath better as well.

PT-141 is my rescue cure , ive used the 10mg vial with 1ml bac water..
Giving myself .1 injection and it works just great within couple hours, no light headedness or flushing.

Could be why they keep coming back, but seriously it's not a laughing matter it hurts so bad

Why do you take trazodone? Did you take it before and not have this issue?

What did they do about your prolonged boner, other than look at it and snicker and whisper to each other?

Would getting your wife to suck on it help? Just looking for solutions, here.

If it lasts too long, they drain it with a needle

I used to take Trazadone over a year ago, was once and alcoholic.. kicked it..
Anyways have about 800 pulls left over and was taking when couldn't sleep..

But certainly will not be anymore. They released blood from the "boner" and used an drug infection. Isntsnt relief.

Doctor said it's stating to become a thing seeing people like my issue coming in and the culprit is Trazadone or atleast it's in the medical report when people say what meds there taking.

Belive me it is not something you want ever, Even if the wife were to nurse it it burns and hurts like 1000 yellow jackets just stung it and it doesn't get numb... throbs.. so painful tears to the eyes, shaking hands etc

You're lucky the antidote worked. Manual draining with 18g needles sucks.

FWIW, if you ever have an erection lasting over 4 hours, start planning for a trip to the hospital. By 5, go directly to it. Permanent damage doesn't typically start until 12 hours, complete destruction of erectile tissue by 24. But it could take them a while to get a urologist in.

This can happen for any number of reasons, including riding a bike too long.

(note: if it goes down for even a few seconds, then gets hard again, the clock restarts and it's not priapism)

They literally have to operate immediately after if too much damage is done, because it's the only chance to install an implant before scar tissue hardens making that impossible, leaving you with a deformed penis incapable of ever having sex, or even peeing straight again.
