hey bro's,

I figured I would do everyone a solid on here since we are all on a budget and love this life style. I'm currently trying a new Protein and supplement company called

Myprotein USA | Bodybuilding Supplements & Sports Nutrition

Not sure how this stuff will be but it's cheap as fuck... I bought a lot of stuff for $500 and I'm stocking up for my second bulking cycle. I currently got enough supplements and food for just maintaining from my first cycle but With that 70% off I bought

4-6 boxes of protein cookies
11lbs of whey protein
4- 2.2lbs of BCAA's
2- 2.2lbs glutamine
3- 2.2lbs of creatine
11lbs of dextrose
6-2.2lbs of powdered oats
3- omega 3 bottles
2 or 3 multi vitamin bottles

Supposedly these new crop of supplement companies decrease their cost and value by not sponsoring pro bb'ers and that allows them to sell supplements at a more reasonable price, my guess?

So enjoy.... I was tempted to buy mass gainer powder but I said why not make my own? This promo ends on Halloween midnight.
 
I just went on their site. Most stuff is only like 10-20% off. Nothing I wanted was 70% off. I didn't see anything with buying personally. Might get the tiramisu protein though

Glance over the website again. The 70% off discount is already included in the price... do you think you can get 2.2lbs of Whey protein (20grams per scoop unflavored) for $13 bucks... 11 pounds is [Edit] due to discount 11lbs of whey is $66 something (you would be an idiot if you didn't grab this).Granted it does have 2grams of sugar and with the flavor the protein per scoop decreases by 18 grams but it's dirt cheap and I mainly use protein powder to add to my meals or pre/post workout.

I like adding supplements on cycle because I feel the synergy is a lot better.. to add all this junk off cycle defeats the purpose of it. For$500 I got a whole cycles worth of supplements plus cheat bulking.

I forgot to add I bought 1.4 pounds of beef jerky too at $3 a package... can't go wrong with having protein in the house to grab if you're in a hurry or something.again I just use these to aid my real meals... my real meals are pretty big and more frequent on/off cycle

Those prices aren't that good. I can get 10lbs for 80$ without a sale

I come off sometimes as a scumbag... just how I am. I shouldn't have said that. But then again I took the time to write all that and posted up what I bought.

I took a big chance buying all that stuff but then again one never knows what works off cycle because nothing is truly enhanced. These supplements taken in massive amounts per day on cycle may or may not aid me in recovery and growth or it may just put unwanted bodyfat on me.. I do notice though I can eat a shit ton of carbs on cycle and wake up leaner the next day and I'' talking bagels, oatmeal, potstickers, a pound of barilla protein pasta , breads etc..

The last two days I fucked up my meals because I'm too tired from work and I had a fight with my current foreman so I skipped lunch due to stress from that lol. Woke up the next day and lost a great deal of glycogen and pump lol either that or it's the end of my cycle and I ran out of Anavar. Lol

I usually go with TrueNutrition brand custom blends but I figured my next cycle will be an all out bulk to get to 285-290 atleast.

I'll definitely check out your link. Again I posted this thread because it seemed like a good deal.
 
It's not a bad deal but definitely not a good one. The supplements your taking will definitely make a difference. You should add beta alanine with the creatine. It gives you a strange tingling at first but you'll get used to it. Also if your looking for pumps take citrulline malate or l arginine. You have to take them consistently and on an empty stomach but if your looking for pumps that's where it's at.
 
The glutamine, beta-alanine, and citrulline malate are good prices. I ordered those. You should grab the beta-alanine and citrulline they really do work.

Citrulline Malate is one of the few supps that I take and it does make a difference, especially with high volume routines.

I bought $20 knee sleeves from Walgreens since the elbow sleeves don't fit my arm... but I was talking to a really big dude in my gym and I found an elbow sleeve that specifically for us and allows the joint to stabilize but not to lose your pump while pressing.

I was losing a great deal of pump with that knee sleeve wrap.
 
Also keep in mind not all protein powder is created equal.

Please do research on the percentage of protein in whatever amount of grams the scoop holds.

Myprotein has been tested to be on par with optimum nutrition and other big brands. The only thing I don't like about this protein powder is the amount of sugar per scoop. So I'm going to use it at 4 scoops a day and that's it (really all you take) and that will be my simple sugar intake. I'll probably add a scoop or two to my mid morning oats.

I actually cancelled yesterday's order because I realized how much sugar is in most of all those products I was going to buy. I feel simple sugars are a big fucking enemy to my physique and I'll probably buy

Arginine
Citruline
Creatine
Glutamine
BCAA's just to have in a giant water jug :)

And probably that beef jerky?
