my whole life is eat sleep train repeat its all i do. same workout, same day, over and over and over again adding weight. also was very underweight before so most of the gains were “newbie gains” from just eating lots of clean food training properly and of course the gear helps. lighting and turning the saturation up certainly helps as well but no lighting would make me look 10% like this in the first photoHow do you get all that in half a year? I know guys who did some crazy shit but nobody ended up with a laundry list like that.
Also never seen a transformation where it just shows arms but they certainly changed for sure
