Well that is way more advice then expected. Thanks for that. Sounds like a clear roadmap layed out and pointed at success. I like it and I think that’s gonna be my route.
Even if you're older but skinny? I'm 44 140lbs 5'8" about to start 150mg test a week. First time doing test. Lookin for some add-ons. I plan on upping my test dose after a couple weeks.GH is pretty nice for old fellas. definitely worth a try
You should try groceries and the gym firstEven if you're older but skinny? I'm 44 140lbs 5'8" about to start 150mg test a week. First time doing test. Lookin for some add-ons. I plan on upping my test dose after a couple weeks.
Lol. I do workout and I eat an average of 4k-5k calories a day with protein and weight gain shakes. It's pretty hard to do. I have C.R.E.S.T Syndrome which causes me some pretty bad G.I issues. You should try groceries and the gym first

Call it whatever you want bro. I cant gain weight on food alone. I've tried everything except AAS. Not gaining weight runs in my family. Crest isn't a wasting disease. It's an autoimmune disease that attacks connective tissue, smooth muscle, joints, skin and some other stuff. It's attacked my stomach, intestines and joints the most especially my hands and knees. Been disabled for almost 10yrs from it. Doc thinks trt might help so I'm here trying to learn. My bad if my original comment offended you for some reason.I don't know anything about crest syndrome but it doesn't look like a wasting disease.
So im gonna call straight up bullshit on weighing 60kg with 5k calories per day.

2-2 1/2 hrs 2-3 days a week. Sometimes more sometimes less. I get pretty rundown easily. I know consistency is key but if I have a flare up I'm basically bed ridden for a couple days. I do 30 mins cardio on a stationary bike shoot for zone 3 sometimes 4 but only for a couple minutes as of now. Im working on getting better. Weights, I usually use machines but as im getting stronger I'm movin to free weights. Haven't been lifting to long. About 6 months off and on after about a 4 or 5 year hiatus. Even then I wasn't really working out. Just some bodyweight stuff. Anyways I'd say a mix of low weight high volume and heavy. Somedays I really try to push myself and lift heavy for me. I can bench my weight twice. Pretty lame. I can leg press twice my weight about 5Xs. Those aren't failures though. I can rest for 1 min and do it again both bench and leg press. When I started 6 months ago I couldn't bench half my weight. Could still press decently tho. I was originally askin if hgh would help with the recovery so maybe I wouldn't need days off. Feel like im always just starting over.GI issues suck. They can be very unpredictable.
You say you work out, what are we talking about? Lots of cardio? I know plenty of runners who eat a ton and cant grow. Cyclists too. If you are lifting, what are you doing? Low weight high volume? You pushing heavy? How frequent?

Yea I'm pushing alittle heavier than I started. I'm working on a more consistent training schedule and sticking to said schedule no matter what. Even though my eating schedule fluctuates I eat pretty clean and healthy. Im about to start a low dose 150mg trt regimen with a doctor keeping an eye on everything. I'm hoping the test just gives me back some of the energy, focus and motivation I had in my younger days. If it works and things are improving I'll jump to a legit cycle but not for awhile. 1 thing at a time lol.... I really appreciate all the tips and insight man. SeriouslyWell yea I mean you havent been at it long and resistance is just now starting to climb. It takes years to build. Not months. I wouldnt look at the scale honestly. What I would look at is the amount of weight you can push around. Is that improving?
You can accelerate things with gear but really its not needed until you hit a wall. Of course that never stopped anyone before, and in my eyes, if you can afford to do it right, with all the testing and ancillaries, and if you do it carefully and with proper knowledge, its fine. The problem with most who start gear, especially the young, is they are gungho about it and hurt themselves.
As other have said though, 1st thing is to get your exercise routine down. You havent been working out long and working heavy even less. I would at least get to a point where you are comfortable working heavy sets of 8 to a point where you are near failure at 8. And then nail down diet. Yours is complicated so you need to be careful.
If you want to have a little of fun, you can always try a newbie Test cycle. Maybe work it to 250mg/wk for 4 weeks and check your bloods. Have meds on hand to counter possible problems (especially E2). Then the following month work up to 500mg and same thing. Blood tests to see where you land. If all is well do another 2 months at that dose. That should be plenty for a 1st cycle and you should gain muscle mass rather well assuming no other complications come along. PCT will be up to you. Lots of options but if you are on TRT, odds are you already know whats up. Your T production is already shut down.

GH good. especially in combination with AAS. At your age, every lb of muscle you can build and keep allows the chance to maybe live a few weeks to months more, especially once you hit retirement, and thats definitely worth it.Even if you're older but skinny?
