So i'm finally thinking of taking the plunge and doing a show next year. The pics i have attached are current, well mid dec last year technically, but i still look the same. As i mentioned i am 44, 5'10'', and weigh 236 (at the time). I think my b.f. is probably a lil higher than the in body scan indicates. I don't think i look as low as 11%. At the time the pics were taken i was on 150 mgs Test C a wk, 3-4 ius GH, and 500 mcg IGF-1.

At the time my diet looked like this:

420 c / 308 p / 104 f
Meal 1 : shake : 2 cups ground oatmeal, 1 carton egg whites, 2 tbps PB = 114c / 77p / 28f
Meal 2 : post workout shake (same as meal #1 w/o pb) = 114c / 77p
Meal 3 : 4 whole eggs and 2 daves killer cinnamon raisin bagels = 98c / 54p / 25f
Meal 4 : 16oz hamburger (90/10) and quinoa/rice pack = 94c / 100p / 51f

I am currently running same amount of Test C (150 mg/wk), 18 IUs GH /wk, and added Primo @ 500 mg/wk. 1st time using Primo, seems to be hardening me up some.

Ya I’d definitely be hiring a coach for the diet, etc.... At 44 now it’s just a personal goal. I’m thinking next year for sure. @Mac11wildcat has an insane build. I’m sure a pro card is in his very near future.

I know the machine you got those readouts from. I was at 15% back in June. I wish I still had access to the machine as I’ve dropped 10lbs on the scale.

I agree with you, I think you are above 10%.

To my eye, you are closer to 15% BF rather than 10%. But at the end of the day, it's all a relative measurement. If you are trying to get leaner, then you know your starting point based on how you are measuring. You've got some serious size and bulk on you. If you cut that fat down you are going to look like a shredded and ripped stud at 44 years old. Keep up the good work.

Hello sir, I hope my post finds you well. Most
guys competing are usually settling down or out by your age. I'm sure you're aware of that. For health reasons I'd be out. But if you want this more than anything in the world, than do it. You only live once and you may regret not doing something you could have.
Good luck.

I am sure he will do very well and many older guys do keep up their training.

I get blood work done regularly (on and off cycle). So yes my health is a concern, and i drop items if not in agreement w/ my body.
Mentioned above was my aas usage during pics, VERY minimal (imo). I push the food and training and just try to sprinkle in the drugs when needed.

Is this something you are considering as a one time thing or ongoing?

If you do choose to go for it keep us updated as I'm very interested in seeing your progress

Looking good bro keep up the good work

Thanks for the compliment

It will be a one time thing, at this point its just a bucket list item.

I was prepping before, but life got in the way. I should have used things at the time as fuel, but i let em get to me.

I totally understand. And yea, shit happens. The good news is you're still young enough to go for it and enjoy every minute of it that you can.

Don't look back and regret it later down the road like people do ALL the time in their lives.

Keep us updated!
