4 week Tren A Blasts

I don't understand these short blasts if you're a recreational user.

There is no lasting effects and you force yourself into a longer recovery phase by doing it in the first place.

Powerlifters and strongman are okay with doing orals because they specifically want to borrow from tomorrow for results today because if they're smart (and advanced) their competitions will be 8-12 months apart, so the longer off season is already baked in.
Is 4 week Cruise enough to recover from harsh compounds? Your blood panel might reflect good numbers but I think underestimating the neurotoxicity and cardiac remodelling is pretty risky, as they don't show up on blood panels.
I understand your skepticism, and agree this is an awful idea if you are NOT on TRT or B/C

I was the same until I read Bill Roberts articles on the subject where he recommends 4 weeks blasts of short esters followed by at least 4 weeks off but ideally 8 weeks, this is actually hard reduction because most of the aggressive gains happen in the first 4 weeks and then it tapers down slowly, by the time you get to 8 weeks the returns are greatly diminished but the sides and total androgen load over time are greatly increased

Its very interesting, he has unorthodox ideas but he backs it up

I will most likely try it in the next month and report back

That is an interesting philosophy and lines up with anadrol usage, 4-6 weeks is about all you can get out of it before the benefits turn into negatives and it becomes counter productive

Agreed. And yes, I've also noticed gains start to taper off around four weeks in. So it makes sense to come off at that point.

Exactly, anadrol is a great example

It really is interesting which is why I was eager to get some real life examples

I have been in the game 15 years now and I cant/dont want to run longer than I need to, i am actually pretty happy with my physique but if I can run 4 week tren ace cycles 2-3 times a year and not get the sides and get that tren look Ill take it

Ill update this thread when I start, might even post some progress pics so we can decide for ourselves if its worth it or not

I'm on 100mg tren a with 200mg deca for four weeks. If I use E I frontload with two weeks' worth for a short blast and then let everything taper out while staying on 200mg test. 150mg tren already makes my temper short and my last run with 400mg deca gave me mental sides people associate with tren. On lower doses of both together, it's smooth sailing with steady gains and no mental sides.

@HKOX should I frontload tren A on my first pin to get to steady state blood levels right away?

I am on 375mg test e right now EW, my plan is to add Tren A at 50mg EOD to so I will be averaging around 175mg a week of tren.

Should I pin 100mg on my first pin?

Yes, you can definitely do that, although I'd go 75mg. I don't usually frontload short esters personally. The short half life and frequent administration means the levels stay pretty constant. I pin daily

Copy ill do 75mg then to be safe since I dont have much experience with Ace. Thank you

Ill be pinning EOD, I have a bunch of scar tissue and hate the idea of pinning ED.

From what Ive read EOD is good for ace, have you tried it? Or you just like pinning daily.

I pin subq so no scar tissue ever. And insulin pins go in real easy
