4 cycles still a newbie - past experiences - advice

Im not trying to be rude but you said your goal is just to put on weight. That does not require complicated protocols. You also said you bulk from 17-20% so frankly it doesn’t matter if your meal prep is locked in because your methodology has a fundamental issue that counteracts the purpose of having a strict meal plan. It’s good you’re cutting down but 12% before a bulk isn’t lean at all, or a good place to start bulking.
You can add whatever you like, bro Im not telling another grown man how to live, Im just saying based on history and the problems you have stated you had, focusing on the process, not the PEDs is likely going to be more beneficial.
Like for example— cutting to an appropriate place to bulk, understanding insulin sensitivity and metabolism, properly adjusting diet In a bulk so you get mostly muscle and not excess fat since you yourself said you bulk too fast which is an error that you want to correct. PEDS won’t correct it whether your run test eq or test deca masteron. There are lots of injectable PED combos that work, and just test alone works too. That choice isn’t where the majority of your progress or lack of it is coming from.
I don't think you're being rude Im just saying the pure determination and work is there to merit being on PEDs vs no structure at all. I don't simply want to gain weight the post was all the mistakes I made before, like starting at 17% bf. Im not a lean individual genetically but have gotten to 12% a few times by myself this is why I mention doing it even slower. Ive had 3 trainers not all while on cycle but in all cases I gained too fast to not be in the upper bf range which is why I'm inclined to think I have a better chance doing it myself. Youre suggesting I start even lower then 12% bf before bulk?

Determination and work isn’t what drives progress to be honest. If you do work and are determined it sounds good but —if you do it wrong you’re not going to make the progress you desire. I think knowledge and accurate application is equally important. Surely you need to do the work, but you can definitely make mistakes about the work. For example you do all the training but it’s too much volume and you don’t recover, so some body parts dont grow as much as you want or they could. Or you eat the food but the quantity is too high so you gain fat too rapidly then lose a lot of muscle cutting it down. You do a lot of hard work, maybe even more than necessary, and reap fewer results.

Yes I would recommend well under 12%, and make sure to do blood tests relating to insulin resistance and fasting blood sugar to make sure your body is in a good place and ready to bulk— ready to add muscle not just start getting fatter.
