3 years Natural Transformation

Hey everyone just wanted to share a few pics of my natural 3 year transformation from 123lbs to current 165lb. Sorry i don't know how to make the image size smaller. Been doing a good amount of reading through the forums and educating myself. Considering about doing my first cycle this winter. Let me know what yall think about my current composition. Am I at a decent body fat percentage? Will post more in detail about what I'm thinking of running and my end goal in a different post. Thanks for reading.

Hey man impressive work!

Since you look young, and a "clean slate" with an untouched HPG axis, intact hairline, full sized nuts, clear arteries, and a brain that hasn't been charged the "testosterone spacial intelligence penalty" from supra-physiological levels yet, you have an option not really open to those who've gone down the road of steroids already.

We're right once edge of new compounds called "antimyostatins". They've had billions poured into developing them so they can be added to huge market of GLP drugs and reduce muscle loss that comes with weight loss.

Essentially they take the brakes off muscle growth, making gaining mass much easier, without all the undesirable effects (damage) of steroids.

Plenty of guys would've preferred never to start with steroids for various reasons, but there weren't any other options to reach their physique goals.

In phase two, they're being tested on humans right now, and will probobly start hitting the market in a year or two. The UGLs will likely pump them out before that even happens,

I suspect you still haven't hit your genetic limits yet, so if you feel like staying on the very successful natty road you're on a little longer, it may pay off big in health benefits for the long term. You're uniquely positioned to benefit from the future of PEDs, and not be one of the last to start using the old generation.

Either way you choose, welcome to MESO.

Great progress HD. Way to keep it going. That's what it is all about. Best wishes.

Preciate it man! Thank you for taking the time to write such a thorough response. Like I mentioned above I'm fairly new to the world of PEDs and am still trying to educate myself. Luckily @readalot gave me a great guideline to follow and research so I'm starting to have a better understanding of pharmacokinetics, dosages, AIs, and PCT while trying to figure out my goals. I haven't heard of antimyostatins before and it definitely sounds like an interesting topic to check out, I'll read about it through the link you provided! Thanks again

ps: What I am considering for my 1st cycle
Test E 300
Deca 250
Aromasin 12.5mg for my AI
Clomid 50mg for PCT if I go off it after the first cycle for a 4 month recovery
period.
The other option I considered was cruising Test E 200 for the rest of the year so I don't tank my baseline until the next blast
Please correct me if i'm wrong or have confused something!

A test only first cycle is really the best way imo. It's useful to get yourself used to gear and make troubleshooting issues easier,

Test E will only buy you unnecessary PIP, something's been wrong with Test E chemistry for years. Test C is effectively the same ester, and PIP free.

Aromasin just in case is a good idea. Likely unnecessary but you'll want it on hand. Ask here IF you get high E2 sides otherwise leave it in the bottle. Pharma grade from India is best.

Get bloodwork while you're still clean. This is a must before using any gear. You've got one shot at getting your genuine baseline levels. It's cheap from ulta blood tests,

I assume you're not used to injecting yourself? Quality syringes like BD will make a big difference, making injections much more comfortable. 27g 1/2" into delts with a BD is usually painless.

Good looks on the Test C tip, Would bumping up to Test C @ 500 make sense then if I run test solo? Got a bloodwork done with my doctor recently my TT is 553ng/dl. I do plan on self injecting, I have experience with giving insulin injections but not on myself. Which part of the delt do you usually go for?

Props. In a world where people are so lazy and weak they take glp because they don't have the strength not to slam twinkiies 24_7, hard work is still king. Get strong on the big 4 stay lean..keep it up

testosterone spacial intelligence penalty

"A male advantage over females for spatial tasks has been well documented in both humans and rodents, but it remains unclear how the activational effects of testosterone influence spatial ability in males. In a series of experiments, we tested how injections of testosterone influenced the spatial working and reference memory of castrated male rats. In the eight-arm radial maze, testosterone injections (0.500 mg/rat) reduced the number of working memory errors during the early blocks of testing but had no effect on the number of reference memory errors relative to the castrated control group. In a reference memory version of the Morris water maze, injections of a wide range of testosterone doses (0.0625-1.000 mg/rat) reduced path lengths to the hidden platform, indicative of improved spatial learning. This improved learning was independent of testosterone dose, with all treatment groups showing better performance than the castrated control males. Furthermore, this effect was only observed when rats were given testosterone injections starting seven days prior to water maze testing and not when injections were given only on the testing days. We also observed that certain doses of testosterone (0.250 and 1.000 mg/rat) increased perseverative behavior in a reversal-learning task. Finally, testosterone did not have a clear effect on spatial working memory in the Morris water maze, although intermediate doses seemed to optimize performance. Overall, the results indicate that testosterone can have positive activational effects on spatial learning and memory, but the duration of testosterone replacement and the nature of the spatial task modify these effects."

PS - no real attempt at researching or analyzing this - I just quoted the very first thing Google returned when searching the words you posted. On the other hand, that means I was not cherry picking anything, either. LOL
