3 weeks DNP at 400mg

I just finished a 3 week DNP cycle, 400mg ED. Needless to say, it sucked but hopefully it will pay off once this water goes away. I'm going to Cancun in a couple weeks, so I gotta cut up some for that. Have any of you run it for this long, and if so how did you feel your results were compared to shorter cycles?

I can honestly say you are greater men than I, I was able to handle 400mg DNP a day for only a week, and I ramped it up to 600mg one day when I had a free weekend to sit around and sweat alone which resulted in lots of laundry. Don't think I'd have been able to swing a full 2-3 weeker, does it get easier with time by any chance?

It's been my experience that it just gets worse as the dose builds up more in your system. It will eventually peak and stay there, but if it's high enough you just get tired of sweating and feeling like crap. I think 400 is probably the max you can do that at, 200 is probably better.

The stuff is pretty amazing if you can stand the sides. Heretic, you said very little if any muscle mass is lost if you have enough protein? Weight has been falling off me. I went 9 days mid June and took a 10 days off and now I am 5 days into my 2nd cycle. I started at 196-198 lbs at the beginning of the first go round. I have ramped down to 200 mg from 600 the first few days. I stepped on the scale this morning and I weigh 180! And I am not done yet. My pants are falling off me. I am now starting a test/eg/winni cycle to see how much muscle I can put on. Thanks for all of your help and advice. I know I probably ask a shitload of questions.

Bro, If you ate clean and trained hard, you should have some very good results. I will make a suggestion to all those who hated the way DNP made you feel. I am finishing a 7 day DNP/t3/clen cycle that has been wonderful. In the past, I have not used clen and t3 and felt like shit...tired and incapable of lifting productive weights. I belive the addition of clen and t3 was the trick.

7 Day cycle consisted of DNP 200mg, T3 125mcg/day(no ramp up--started day one with 125mcg) and 125-175mcg of clen. Loss have been about 1 to 1&1/2 pounds per day. I am also on gear to prevent muscle loss. If you hated DNP in past cycle, try this.....I wish I had months ago. PUP

Actually, I thought the sides became much more tolerable after the first 1.5-2 weeks. I did eat pretty clean while on and I also still trained hard and did my cardio. I just kept my fat intake as low as possible and got most of my cals from carbs and protein. What became bad towards the end though was the constant tiredness, I mean I could barely walk up stairs without wanting to just pass out. I felt very weak and tired 24/7, and that on top of the sweating finally made me give in. I am going to do a short cycle (6 days) before leaving, and I will try to post some pics when I am all the way done and the water is gone.

J DuB, try the cycle I am on right now next time. You will never do another DNP cycle again with T3 and clen if you try it once. I am using a rather low dosage of dnp but I found it to be as effective as my high dosage cycle I ran previously. Pup

Is it true that DNP makes you sweat yellow sweat?
Also, does anyone know how long DNP stays in your system?

Any Long Terms sides noted anywhere?

Thanks bros!

Depending upon the dosage you used, 3-5 days. I would assume you would clear excess water around 5-6days and start glycogen compensation. I usually suprises the hell out of me when I see the results. Pup

Yellow sweat....maybe but I have never noticed it.

As for the yellow sweat, people have mentioned that their sheets are wet and stained yellow from all the sweating.
The water retention while on DNP sounds like the kind I get when I carb load. I feel really warm from my increased metabolism and I hold lots of water under my skin-looks like crap.

Well its kinda like that except your muscle are flat and your holding water under your skin....you look like crap. People will ask you if you hav'nt been lifting lately. I am water loaded right now and will have my first night without DNp in a week tonight. I will finally get to sleep well. Looks like I have lost about 11-12lbs off this week cycle. Pup

I have white sheets and there is a big yellow stain on the bed from me sweating at night while on, so yes you do sweat yellow although it doesn't come out yellow like the Gatorade commercials or anything.
