I am new to the peptide community and need some help, tips and suggestions from the pros out there. I have done some fairly decent research over the last few weeks and would like to just confirm my thoughts and process with joining here.
Context:
26 year old male that struggles with inflammatory wrist, back pain, sleep and brain fog/stress. I would consider myself a light biohacker (that word makes my blood boil lol) my goals are to optimise my health as much as possible, would love to get more energy and get stronger with lower BF. Also I live in an envoirment where I don't see the sun for 4-5 months.
Weight training 4-5x a week, feel stuck, not a lot of cardio going on. 165 (5´6) and around 64kg ( mostly muscle) not abs, but not far of either.
lately I have been into micro dosing psilocybin, Saunas and Red light therapy (Not the Amsterdam one) and now trying to get into the peptide race.
Have read a lot of threads on this forum just waiting to get approved and I have to say this group seems promising. for now I´m staying in the peptide lane. So if there is any peptide gurus out there send me a message.
