I did a 23 and Me DNA test a long time ago and they keep adding all these cool results they pull from you genetics.
I got these results in regards to muscle fiber make up.
What I've noticed in my training is I can do a ton of low rep sets, but if I were to do high rep sets, I have a much faster drop in reps.
Example: I could do 6 x 6 with no drop in reps; but 3-4 sets of 10-12, they drop.
