21M got put on TRT so decided to lab rat

You list SIX different steroids in your opening posts with HGH on top of all that. Not to mention some kind of novel and untested drug, as well as the remark to be open to adding even more shit to that idiot stack.
This is retarded, and there is no way to weasel yourself out of it being retarded.

Nobody is angry, but you came to this place, not the other way around, to tell us about your genius idea.
You got to ask yourself why did you choose to do so, because if you don't want any other input, than suggestions what other drug to stack to this already nonsensical stack, I really don't what you are trying to accomplish with this.

So these are actually daily dosages? God, you are even dumber than I thought you are.
That is easily double the overall strength of my first stack (as in taking anything else other than test).

Ok, assuming we are talking about full ROM, those are pretty good, if not great numbers, assuming you have low test, or TRT levels of test. I will give you that.
Still, it doesn't change the fact that your planned cycle, as well as mindset going into this, is simply retarded.
You are right, I am extremely dumb and reckless, and you are also right when saying I came here for input, so let me try not being a hard head and give up wanting to blast the stronger compounds, would it be better to run 500 test with 300 eq? How about orals? Would TBol be a good front load till the EQ and Test build up?

Good we are making progress.

What is your nutrition plan and training split?

Currently and during cycle would be my chest back - arm shoulder - legs repeat, about 7 exercises a session 2-3 sets to failure.

Nutrition wise, currently eating 3400 calories 250g protein 400g carbs, take multivitamins, 4g omega 3s, baby aspirin, 5mg cialis, 4.5L water daily, calories are skewed as I don’t track my fruit intake throughout my day so 3400 is just what is tracked.

I don't love the training split, but if that is what got you to your big three lifts, then one can't argue with the results so far. It still looks like a good physique is your main goal, or is it actually strength?
What kind of cardio do you do and for how many mins a day?

Ok, sounds about right. I assume you don't do IIFYM, but have a structured meal plan? Then I am fine with it.
I was about to say that is not a lot of carbs, but I assume you get another 50-70g from fruits. Fats can't be much over 50g then?

What is your BF approx? Do you have abs?

Forgot to add I get 90g fats, I eat the same meals daily, was a powerlifter up until about 3 months ago, after I hit the 5 plate deadlift, realized I don’t want to compete in it so switching over to bodybuilding so still learning splits as I was previously running a coach made powerlifting program, currently I would say 16-17% body fat abs visible but not prominent. Cardio wise it isn’t extravagant just 15k steps and 30 minutes biking around zone 2.

Meals are perfectly fine then.

Ok, that of explains some your strength. I also made the mistake again to .5x it to get the kg, like I do every 2nd time... Those lifts would have been pretty remarkable if being achieved with BB style of training alone, and being on low/high (of normal range) levels of test.
But they are still pretty good, nevertheless. Deadlift is comparatively weak, but given we are now talking about BB kind of training I am not really fuzzed about it. You can definitely build on that.
Cardio is also good, I would maybe try to get in a bit of HIIT training, for example on the assault bike.

If upping the dose, I would not try to get much stronger, but increase the reps on each and every exercise.

I would get my BF down before I up the dose, if I were you. Your body will just respond better to everything to do. Been there, done that. Once you get to the 12%-ish range, things will start to click. At least that was the case for me.
Start measuring your waist in the morning, when you weigh yourself. That is the easiest way to track changes in BF. A smaller waist will mean that you lost BF. If you wanna be really dilligent, buy a blood pressure cuff for 50 bucks. Take a reading 2-3x a week in the morning. This will give you a good baseline reading if you up the dose.

When I am being so hard on someone like you, it is because I made many mistakes as well, so did almost everyone else of the older guys here. But when we did so, there was no real way to know better.
And having read what others report, I was just pretty lucky to have gotten away with some of the stuff that I/we did. But don't ever count on that for yourself.

Appreciate all the great advice, I will say I am not neurotypical so my thought process can be insane at times, I have no qualms with people being hard on me, I am currently cutting which is the reason behind me saying the cycle was gonna start in a month or 2 as powerlifting I was just eating perpetually, will definitely try out the assault bike on my next rest day, as for BP I already bought a machine to monitor my TRT bp changes, going to look more into BB splits and training. Also plan to read some other folks experiences on compounds before I think about touching them.

You're welcome. I take the liberty to be very blunt, because am equally willing to take the time to offer (at least supposedly...) meaningful advice.
You can also assume, that the number of either doctor certified morons, or people with a general tendency for substance abuse, on a board, that is dedicated to often rather complex polypharmacy, while carrying out highly repetitive tasks (following a meal and training plan) is above the average level of the rest of the population.
You can now take a wild guess, to which one of those I may, or may not, belong too. ;-)

Also plan to read some other folks experiences on compounds before I think about touching them.
Yeah, keep reading.

There isn’t a reason, but at the same time, I am already on TRT using some compounds smartly isn’t a massive issue either.
so you are using drugs just for the sake of using drugs.... smartly...

I don't think the word smart applies to anything you've talked about here

Not sure if you read the thread, I have changed courses and will be running a far less extreme stack, and not running random things.

You don't need to "run" anything

You are 21

If you can't figure it out at 21 without drugs then you are a lost cause in this hobby.

Without drugs I would have chronically low testosterone so ya I guess I would have plateaued far before now.

Bruh just titrate up your test. You don’t need to be running 5 things your first cycle. Especially dhb and Tren. You’re 21, the harsher compounds will still be there later.

You can only grow so fast, I doubt you’ll get much more out of all that shit vs 500 test and some GH for your first cycle.

Ya, I have decided on 500 test 300 eq HGH will be dropped part way through as I have been on for 2.5 months and don’t wanna extend passed 6 months with it.
