212 lbs, low dose cycles!!!

Just thought I'd share, I've always ran low dose cycles. The past 3 wks all I've been on is some hcg and 150mg/wk test cyp, .... I know my arms are a weak point, really trying to bring them up to about 19". Thanks everyone

I like this dosage. I think a lot of people can get by with a lot less gear than they are using. The basics of training and eating are much more important than the gear. You got to build up naturally first. I wonder why peoples first cycle is usually 600mg test, dbol, tren etc. Keep it simple, especially for those who are on their first cycel. They need to get their training and Diet in order first and then after a few years of natty training do a simple low dose cycle.
 
thanks fellaz, I've been doing that German volume strength training the past few wks and its making a huge effect. It keeps my heart rate higher the entire workout and because I train in the early morning fasted 90% of the time its just that much more effective. I'm doing the 10 sets of 10 right now, its brutal

You gotta link to the program your running? I like strengh based programs, I'd like to take a look at it. Is your diet Intermittent fasting?
 
usually the diet stays the same, only difference is I may eat whole eggs in the morning instead of just whites mainly due to cost. Here is an example of a typical days diet

meal 1- 4 whole scrambled eggs, 1.5 cup oats, apple

meal 2- 8 ounces of Swai (whitefish) 1 cup of brown rice

meal 3- 50 gram protien shake, 1 cup brown rice or a yam

meal 4- 8 ounces of chicken or fish, 1 cup brown rice

meal 5- 50 gram shake, 1 cup brown rice

meal 6- 8 ounces of Swai, bowl of steamed broccoli, 2 tblsn natural peanut butter

DD - Freaking looking good... What is your caloric take from your food minus your wo routine?

I came off 300/wk masteron and 300/wk prop about 2-3 wks ago, hoping I can hold some good condition until Xmas. Anyways, any feedback is welcome. I know my arms are a weak point, really trying to bring them up to about 19". Thanks everyone
hey man, it´s right, you stay ate 150mg per wek? it is not lower to 212lb?

thats around 3,000 cals in that diet layout, I have no idea what I'm burning off from lifting weights, maybe 500? Maybe 1000? Who knows, but keep in mind I do not train 2 consecutive days in a row usually, so I dont need to pack in quite as much food as most guys. 3,000 cals a day is just a tad out of maintenance range for me, but its still low enough to maintain single digit bf%.

check out johndoebodybuilding.com, thats my website. Click on the training category, its in there somewhere. I was intermittent fasting for awhile actually, probably a solid year, it works very good. But intermittent fasting for me is not a way to allow myself to get anymore lienient on a diet, I still eat clean most of the time
 
ok, when you go into the site and click on "training" category, go to SCT workout routine (super conjucate training) Its a routine I developed that is a combination of DC training and some Mike Mentzer/Arthur Jones principles rolled into one.

I've been catching a lot of shit for the flip phone lately, I'm finally giving in and getting an iphone I suppose. Actually my wife is the one really pushing for new cell phones, personally I could give a shit about "apps" and text messaging. I fucking hate the phone!!

O damn, I think 1989 .. Just lately switched
It up some but did 4 reps with 275 yesterday and
Just dropped to 205 for more reps and the feel
Of the weight, instead of just the lift...

And 15min long...

Especially when on gear.. I feel like the
Muscle is burning off the bone..
Almost like I should stop myself before

Heavy is so much easier, but

IMO, more than a few. I am the poster child for bad genetics, but trained hard for 15 years before touching gear.

The current amount of UGLs' has resulted in a lot of kids jumping on gear waaaaaay too early. China is not going to stop the proliferation of raws, and since they hold such a massive amount of US debt, there is nothing our gov't can do (a good thing). We need China economically, and they know it.

One thing that does confuse me, however, is when members of this board are too young, lack the reaching of anything close to their natural potential, have seriously un-balanced musculature yet are encouraged to run drugs like tren.

We have most definitely done them a great disservice.

And Demond, come on, look at how full your bicep muscle belly is. Wanna trade? Your tris may be behind, but you certainly do not have small arms.

I can always tell the guys who can only grow and get stronger while on.

There's guys in my gym, with better physiques then me when they're on, who can't squat 315 and bench 185 for their heavy set. It's really kind of sad to be 220+ and not be able to move any weight, and then completely deflate when off. I'm not that strong for my size and have bad shoulders but I still move 275 on the bench for 10-12 reps. And can squat 315 for 15. Again, I'm nothing special, it's just sad when you see guys like the ones I'm talking about.

You know im glad I waited till my thirtys and late twentys to use aas... Worked hard and ate like a gorilla and got strong and big natty by the time I was 21 years old.The days of super megamass 2000 and ultimate orange were fun.
