Just thought I'd share, I've always ran low dose cycles. The past 3 wks all I've been on is some hcg and 150mg/wk test cyp, gonna stay at 150mg/wk test for next 6 months as I need a break. I came off 300/wk masteron and 300/wk prop about 2-3 wks ago, hoping I can hold some good condition until Xmas. Anyways, any feedback is welcome. I know my arms are a weak point, really trying to bring them up to about 19". Thanks everyone

thanks fellaz, I've been doing that German volume strength training the past few wks and its making a huge effect. It keeps my heart rate higher the entire workout and because I train in the early morning fasted 90% of the time its just that much more effective. I'm doing the 10 sets of 10 right now, its brutal

GVT is f'ing brutal bro!! It's actually awesome to do after training heavy low reps for while too. I've seen guys make huge gains doing that.

I ran it once years ago when I was like 18 or 19. It gets boring as hell, but I put on like 20 lbs in 10 weeks. No juice then either. I def remember yakking a few times after 10x10 of squats. Good times, Good times.

Maybe I should nut up and try it again...

DD,

you look great! another reason to run low dose cycles. Which i preach as well!

Keep up the awesome work!! :)

I don't see any weak spots ya big fuck. This is not to take away from DD's hard work but I'm going to say he is one of the genetically blessed. He could run nothing and still look better than most guys running a full cycle.

What I'm trying to say is a "low dose" cycle to him is just a bonus to an already naturally muscular physique and I'd guess the results of low dose will vary markedly for less superior beings.

I think you'd be surprised - not you demondosage but most people reading this - with how little you can use and still look good especially with decades plus bodybuilding training behind you.

I was 145 lbs when I started lifting weights. I ate food until I felt like I was going to vomit, I trained hard as hell. I worked throughout high school just to buy groceries because my parents couldn't afford to buy enough food. I got up to 205 lbs lean before ever touching a steroid. As a high schooler, I often refused to touch alcohol and went home early to go to sleep when everyone else was out partying. Nothing to do with genetics, what you see is a product of someone who has eaten clean and busted his ass religiously for 17 years, period

This is true. But it's only because he does this =>

I see a disturbing number of people in the gym who use steroids - often a lot of AAS and often several cycles - who I honestly would have thought were "natural".

If everyone "wanted" it as badly, trained as hard, trained as consistently, and pushed nutrition/food intake as much as DD, most people would only "need" low-dose cycles to achieve what they are striving to get with mega-dose cycles (and even then usually fail).

I can always tell the guys who can only grow and get stronger while on.

There's guys in my gym, with better physiques then me when they're on, who can't squat 315 and bench 185 for their heavy set. It's really kind of sad to be 220+ and not be able to move any weight, and then completely deflate when off. I'm not that strong for my size and have bad shoulders but I still move 275 on the bench for 10-12 reps. And can squat 315 for 15. Again, I'm nothing special, it's just sad when you see guys like the ones I'm talking about.

As I said originally I'm not trying to take anything away from DD.

I know, I know.

I just saw an opportunity to vent my frustration at all the people using much higher dosages than necessary...

Your point about genetics is well taken. The importance of genetics is undeniable. However, many times it's not genetics that explains the lack of, or disappointing, results many people have with AAS...

I think it's the open source boards that are driving a lot of the high-dose cycles we're seeing these days. I've noticed that people on boards without source advertisers seem to run more reasonable cycles. The average cycles I see on open source boards are almost always 1+ grams and many times 2 - 3 grams plus hGH, insulin, peptides, synthol, supplements, etc. and they are run for long periods of time - sometimes, indefinitely.

It's obvious source boards have an incentive to push gear, whether through kick-backs, direct sales or increased ad revenue. Sadly, these one-stop shopping boards are attractive to noobs and those who don't know any better.

usually the diet stays the same, only difference is I may eat whole eggs in the morning instead of just whites mainly due to cost. Here is an example of a typical days diet

meal 1- 4 whole scrambled eggs, 1.5 cup oats, apple

meal 2- 8 ounces of Swai (whitefish) 1 cup of brown rice

meal 3- 50 gram protien shake, 1 cup brown rice or a yam

meal 4- 8 ounces of chicken or fish, 1 cup brown rice

meal 5- 50 gram shake, 1 cup brown rice

meal 6- 8 ounces of Swai, bowl of steamed broccoli, 2 tblsn natural peanut butter
