Flex Lewis is not on his game this year but no one is really out doing him to the point that would threaten the title.

I plan on watching, getting tired of seeing heath win every year. Yeah he's a great bodybuilder but he's an arrogant ass who makes it nearly impossible to root for him.

Based on the live feed from last night, I think Heath looked better (more definition) in more areas than Ramy. I'd give legs to Ramy though depending on the angle.

If Ramy can improve his oil strategy for tonight, showing off more definition than last night then I think his odds greatly improve. And if Heath's conditioning isn't as on as it was last night, then watch out for Ramy.

I'm rooting for Ramy and The Blade. Hopefully they are top 3. Last night is done with. It's all about how they all compare tonight. Be interesting to see the call outs.

The Blade crushed everyone in conditioning, hands down should won!!!! Dexter Jackson is the only one that can still show the paper thin skin and polished look of the 90's era. Nobody is bringing the same look Dexter brings consistently year after year. Look at their faces during the press conference, you can clearly tell Dexter suffers for it each year, his face is like skeletor!!! Dude don't even have to take off the shirt to see he's in better condition than almost anyone up there!!!

I agree & think Bonac looked great too. Dense thick muscle & good conditioning.

Ramy or Bonac could've easily been 1st. Phill got a lucky "gift" from the judges last night. Also, Phil's belly button looked like a mini clit or a little baby dick. Gross and he needs to get that C-section asap lol!
