How much do you weigh now? If you've got plenty of room to eat your way into one of those weight classes your blast might look a little different than if you can't afford to gain much weight. Depends how good you are at cutting water weight to make weigh ins too assuming 24 hour weigh ins anyway.

I'm 295 will diet down to 285 and water cut

Yup ! Short term goal is to total 2000 at 275, long term break an ATWR, just gotta get my deadlift right
 
I ran it last prep 20mg all peak days so 1x a week until 4 weeks out so makes it 8 weeks. Then 20mg 3x a week on lifting days. Meet day 20mg before each of the 3 lifts for a total of 60mg that day. Also went up a weight class so added drol 50mg per day 3 weeks out
Nice circuit, how did it feel? general condition as it was? and what is the overall weight loss in the end?
 
And the main thing is how things are with the forces. I have always had a great loss of strength when using diuretics. So I switched to water manipulation and diet.
 
Going into my next meet trying to get that 2K raw. First big blast I did was 750 test 400 Tren 50/75/100 Anadrol…

should I add GH ? Or what are some good meet day PWO I can add?

at this point I want to pull all my chips in and get this total… may need to modify training just a bit though


Throw in halotestin, adding HgH (remove before the meet)

Upping test to 1000 1250 the last few weeks; same with tren, upping that to around 800-1200 (only for 3-5 weeks) ONLY IF YOU CAN OUT EAT IT

let’s see… upping Anadrol to 150-200 the last few days and maybe some Dbol too

Basically adding in everything you can tolerate lol
