2 month Cycle Update...

Went 165 is to 185is sometimes 190 with food. Test 400, Deca 400 Anadrol 100 MG a day. Up 20 to 25 lbs first pic 165 sub 10. Bow 185 to 190 not sure on the bf? What % do u think?

Hey, great gains! You must have trained hard and ate well to out on that much weight.

It’s very hard to judge BF%. You are definitely lean. I’m going to guess 10%, but if you have a Xmas tree starting to form on your back lower it a percent or two. The kidney area specifically is one of the last areas to get lean.
 
Thanks. I'm eatring 4500 cals a day. My metabolism just sped way up.
Ya, test will do that. You're probably not in as much of a surplus as you think. I'm at 4200-4700 on any given day and making awesome lean gains on my current cycle (600 test ,500 primo a little gh here and there). AM cardio, PM lift and I can basically smash carbs all day and not get fat, just a little bloat then I just carb cycle it off and start over.
 
Update. Weight up to around 191 to 195. Does it appear I’ve put on body fat? What percent do u think I am? I’ve gone way down on my dosages to about 400 mg total of test and deca. And an oral on workout days.

Nice work! Cannot tell body fat from just abs in a mirror though. It is only 1/4th of body. Would need front back side probably with tripod if you want any legitimately helpful feedback
