1st cycle! Any advice?

15-20 week cycle (depending on bloods & how i feel. TRT level dose is due to my low natural levels of test. I do plan on moving the dosage up, will likely wait to see how panels look weeks 5-8. This is my very first cycle, i am learning more and trying to educate myself as i go. So constructive criticism is greatly appreciated, thank you!

Split is a little irrelevant but i do ULR 4x.

Test E: 200mg weekly

Retatrutide: 2mg weekly

Arimidex on hand for when needed

CoQ10: 200 mg daily

Red yeast rice: 600mg daily

Magnesium: 400mg daily

Zinc: 50mg daily

Fish Oil: 1000mg (w/300mg omega3)

Vitamin D3: 50mcg daily

Melatonin: 3mg nightly

Creatine: 10-20mg daily

Caffeine: 200-300mg pwo (only on training days)

Electrolytes pwo


How does this look? Anything as in supplements or ancillaries i may need to add/takeaway? And if so, why? Was going to order some NAC, Tudca, & maybe some temisartan this week.

up the test as you go along. 8 weeks at 200, next 8 weeks at 300, the rest at 350-400, realize your bloodwork has stayed about the same, stay on for a year+ before dropping to cruise dose.

Caffeine is a bit high tho. Electrolytes can be spaced out, maybe earlier in the day, they dont work quick enough for pwo application to be useful.

Cycle will definitely adapt as i go and as long as bloods look the same i will without a doubt extend the cycle time.

Caffeine was a mis type my bad, it has been edited. I only have caffeine on training days and its usually a maximum of 200-300mg depending on how big of a scoop of pre i do. But 9/10 i just do a regular scoop and only push above 200mg if i am feeling drowsy pre lift. But as far as electrolytes i will definitely change that. Thank you!
 
Seems fine. I assume you're using the red yeast rice for lipids, but that isn't really necessary on a cycle like this, and red yeast rice can cause irreversible damage in some cases. Read up on the risks. I personally do not think it's safe or really even effective at what it's purported to do. Try Niacin or something similar if you're worried. 20mgs daily telmisartan would probably do better to mitigate any of the minimal risks here.

Arimidex probably will not be necessary at that dose, but it is a good idea to have on hand.

I'm sure you'd see good results by titrating up over time. I also think you might do well by starting at 250 and staying there instead, and then you wouldn't need to worry much about side effects.

Your plan is to come off and go natural at the end, correct? You might want to have some PCT stuff on hand in that case. 15-20 weeks goes by fast.

What is your goal here? The reta may be working at cross purposes with the test if you're just trying to put on size and strength.
