You tell a non lifter you can squat 3, 400lbs and they are amazed. It makes me complacent. Knowing that I can't even do half of what a 19 year old did is motivating.
True. But I'm 6 years older than him and have been lifting for 3 years, and I weigh 215lb. My goal for squat is at least 5 plates. Some day....In your defense the kid is a big boy.
