16 month transformation (140-219lbs)

Did a lot to try and come out of it Ended up having low t.

Somehow I doubt you had low T (at least not functionally), not with that physique as you look like you had a few cycles under your belt at that time point and is currently on cycle. I realize the photo was probably taken with a pump, but still, no way that is functional low T.

I hear what you’re saying. That first pic was before I ever had any issues. I was out of the gym for ~3 years shorty after that. Every year feeling progressively worse, even when trying everything right on paper. I assume I had decent natural levels at some point.

What about the shirtless one left to the enhanced photo? That also looks like a normal good natty physique. The lighting is bad.

Haven’t posted an update in sometime.

Ended up taking the bulk a little too far so went on a cut. Then killed my lower back. 1 compressed disc, and one bulging. Been in PT and slowly getting back to the norm.

Current physique. No idea BF. 6’. 220lb.

Marcos- only Jesus knows. Under 3500 cal if I had to guess. ~180-200g protein. Have to get my shit together here.

Cycle- 500 test / 300 eq / 200 deca

Well done Brother! Hyuuuge!!

Getting that 3D look from side.

Looking good but put your overall health first. Neck and back issues are no joke and can alter your life, speaking from experience. Like everyone said previously even your peak natty looked impressive. Well done, take care of yourself
That’s no joke. By far the worst pain I’ve experienced in my life. Was stuck on a couch for 4 days straight. Couldn’t move and had to lay sideways a piss in a bottle lol.

Top tier genetics. That natty pic is incredible. I think you will have no trouble hitting your long term goals. Thanks for sharing and inspiring.

half baked GIF

Can relate. Burst discs. Cracked vertebrae, upper and lower. Putting off surgery as many decades as possible. Thankfully no stenosis.

You grew another inch taller after high school?

Also, you look great. I have roughly the same stats as you for height/weight, but you look way bigger/thicker than me, especially in that standing sideways to the camera picture. You look more like I looked off season when competing and weighing more like 245-250. Do you have skinny legs or something? (my legs are a weak point, so that probably can't explain it, either).

Maybe I am just currently carrying more body fat than I like to think in my self delusional perception when I look into the mirror . . .

Sorry to hear about your back issues. They usually get better, so do not get discouraged.

Just a bullshit update. Haven’t lifted in over a month. First full week back at it.

Cruising on 300 test from the homie primal.

The biggest thing and reason I’m posting this is because I’ve added in 3iu of GH (5 weeks now) and it’s an absolute game changer. Can’t wait for the next blast.

Currently sitting at 215.

Curious what the GH did for you in such a short time. I always read that it is a "slow burn" and takes a long time to really have an effect. I got on it for about that time (4-5 weeks) and just had crazy numb arms all night and stiff hands that made it hard to grip the weights.

Jumped off to clear it and drop the dose and haven't bothered to jump back on.

That’s what I was expecting, not to see much for 5-6 months.

Undoubtably fuller is my biggest change noted so far. Stomach is flatter. Getting vascular in my v taper, nothing crazy. Noticeably more cut.

Again, these changes aren’t wild. I’m sure I see it more than anyone else. Just like all of us do with being hyper fixated on our physiques. But dramatic change for dosage and time frame imo.

My sides have been wild dreams and some mild carpal tunnel. I’ll find myself cracking my fingers a lot more often. Magnesium will help mitigate this.

Maybe you tapered too fast for what your body could tolerate and adjust to. I’m bumping to 4 in the next week or so.

Thanks that's helpful. I started at 2 and went to 3 in a week or so. Was apparently too quick for me. I'll give it a go soon enough. Not pinning much right now and not really caring enough to get back to daily pinning at the moment.

You could also try Taurine , it may help also.
