140 grams of protein for $3

It's collagen protein, very different from your whey, egg, casein etc. You don't need that much daily. 5-10 grams to help with joint, inflammation, skin etc. Should not be a primary protein source.
Oh wtf fuck that

Yep. It’s got plenty of amino acids (protein) but all the wrong ones you’d need and in not enough quantity to build muscle. I think it’s 7 or 11g of protein per serving but only about 2 or 3g will actually be digested properly. It’s also why right next to protein on he label you’ll see the statement “not a significant source of protein”

Damn u guys r smart I don’t think I woulda ever figured that out no wonder it’s so cheap

Well it’s literally the skin from a pig. There’s a lot of it and it comes on every pig butchered, ever. So they gotta do something with it.

288 grams of protein in pork rinds for $7

Wtf
If you want the Good kind with meat on it, go to your local Asian supermarket/food mart. They have it there raw in the pork section and all you do is put it in the oven until crispy, instead of frying it like most vendors do.

Nah not if it’s fake protein

I was just saying if you still was going to buy it. Ppl do eat these stuff along with giod protein. The problem is that this is very fatty and your cholesterol levels will sky rocket. Let alone testosterone and other compounds does that already so I don suggest to eat this stuff.
