13 week update

I'll check out MyFitnessPal, and it's been hard lately, going through alot of financial problems and just working my ass off it makes it so hard to take care of a family and the gym. But it's all good. I never give up anyway
I think you just need to make it a part of your life system so that all other external problems do not interfere. Because there will always be problems.

Mate, your dosages are way to big for your level of development. That's 1175mg's of injectables + 210mg's of orals. This after picture is how you should have looked like natty, before you hopped on a first cycle of 250 - 500mg's test (no pun intended). You might think this comment is useless, seeing as you're more or less done with the cycle, ... but it isn't. Hear me out. If you needed 1400mg's of aas to have a natty looking physique, where are you going to go from there on? 2g's of gear and then next cycle 3g's? And then what? Dialysis, heart transplant, early onset cognitive decline ...?

What you need to do, is what the posters before me were trying to say to you politely, without sounding rude or negative, which is also not my intention mind you. You need to get back to the drawing board and figure out fitness. Fitness is about having your life and lifting dialed in, it's about all the factors that contribute to you being a better lifter, but most of all, it's supposed to be about being a balanced person. Regarding having the fitness part dialed in, that includes: regeneration (sleep, stress and food), lifting (mesocycle structuring, periodization, being connected with your body, ie. pump, mind muscle connection, etc.) and then comes supplementation. Hoping on gear before all that will lead to a lot of disillusionment once you get off gear and that will lead to chronic gear abuse. Seeing as you are an addict (alcohol), keep in mind that aas are drugs, they have a huge impact on your brains reward system (dopamine) just as alcohol dose. So you are replacing one drug with the other, which is functionally fulfilling the same role as alcohol did and it will do harm to you (mentally and physically), especially as you are putting yourself on a Potential path of abuse.

Sure, you've escaped alcohol, but you've now gotten yourself into something potentially worse, IF you don't get a handle on it before things get out of control. As posters above me were trying to say: get back to the basics and I'll add to that get balanced, don't replace one drug with the other, feeding the same underlying personality disorder that got you in trouble with alcohol and I'm sure; many other things in life. Peace.

Old news and I appreciate advice also listen to these so at the start of the cycle I was using drugs and drinking and not eating shit, before my relapse I was bigger then my after picture, I was 195 natural at my peak. Sure the AAs are helping me get back to my natural peak faster, sure I did to much. But I'm positive I'll brake my natural peak at these rate, just sharing so you know I'm not a complete idiot and I have background in the gym since 12 I'm 27 first cycle was few months ago can't wait for the next also there alot more I don't want to share cause i don't have too share my personal life and give every in and outs. Hope these clears alittlw for you I'm probably not going to check in till I do another cycle here in a few months so peace out,

Excellent, well described, I wish you good luck and achieve everything planned.

I mean, ... it's not old news ... it's from two weeks ago : ) I appreciate your positive outlook on everything, but honestly, what you wrote here, doesn't alleviate the situation much? You're still running the same cycle right and the next will be even bigger?

Also thanks for the therepy lesson you actually do better job then my last therepist.

Haha no worries bro, we all go through the same things. Much of it is from my own self reflection ... What is your problem anyway, are you diagnosed for anything?

Just be careful, cycling will not make you mentally more stable - it definitely has the opposite effect. So be very careful with the dosages and what agents you run; avoid 19nor's. If you start noticing that you are less stable, in what ever way possible, and if bc of that you start regressing in life, just quit the aas or severely lover the dosages. From some things you can bounce back, but other things it might derail you to much ...

Everywhere it is important to maintain a balance, a little - everyone wants more. And when there is too much and excessively, it is already harmful.

Make sure you focus on what is a priority. Working out and growing muscle is great, but taking care of your family with a stable financial situation is so much more important.

Well you got it done but I think you could have done just as well with 500mg of test and maybe just one oral. I'm just saying it would be way safer on your organs

I agree with this. The OP had a ton of natural progress to be made before jumping on loads of gear and supressing his natural hormones. Now potentially the ONLY way for him to make progress is on gear.

Everyone has their own question of priorities. For some, family and children are superfluous. The main thing is to have a business that you can fanatically love. Everything in this world is relative. But I am for the family, rather than for other priorities.

Sorry ..... BUT this is all so F'in wrong. What the hell were you thinking doing steroids in those before pictures? You are damn lucky you didn't rip half your body in half jumping on gear in that condition.

Even in some of those shots which I assume are the after cycle pictures you should not be running steroids!!! This is EXACTLY whats wrong with the weightlifting and bodybuilding world right now - gear is available to people who should NOT be taking it. 10 years ago if you walked up to a dealer in a gym and asked him he would have told you to piss off and to come back in 2 years if you have some kind of Base or muscle on you.

If steroids are what you need to keep you sober and focused then you are doing things the wrong way round - You should be going to some kind of Drugs or Alcohol anonymous meetings not pumping 3 different steroids.

I don't think he's all that bad with steroids. I think you are exaggerating too much.

Idk about that man, it's clear he has issues, most notably; some sort of unstable personality disorder that reflects it's self in addictive behaviour.

Apart from that, as I've already said more politely and @barbell001 a bit more directly, his body comp was way not where it should have been for a cycle, but imo, that is less of a problem then the psychological side. But anyway, to each his own. Nobody here is without problems ...

He clearly didn't do any kind of weight training before he started taking 3 steroid compounds - do you think thats okay?

He shouldn't even be doing a test only cycle.
Well, in general, I agree, sometimes the voice of reason and actions go in different directions.

Maybe you are right. The most important thing is that you are trying to help him.
